I think that is what happens - Maybe Pallavi and Amma will make Sunny take Keerti away from RR Mansion by mocking him or something like that. Sunny might get a grudge against Rao family for depriving him of his lavish lifestyle. That will make him attack Raos openly and maybe then Keerti will see what Sunny is for real. Let's see - Looks like Raghav ka gussa is there for another 2 or 3 episodes. He was not talking to Pallavi during the Ganapati celebrations.
