Genuine question: is Danish considered an A lister? Or how is he categorised as? Popular? Is his acting taken seriously? Asking especially after this Fahad guy has taken pot shots at him. So yeah in short what is Danish's image in the industry or standing in the industry perceived as?

I'll try to answer the best I can, even I am new to Pak industry 😆
Big Bang Entertainment is one of Pakistan's top production houses, according to a couple of articles I found. It might not be a Six Sigma or 7thSky, but its still at the top. And its younger than most PHs too, so we have to keep that in mind. Its constantly made popular dramas for ARY, at least those that end up in Top 10 too in terms of popularity.
Danish's next is with iDreams Entertainment so that's another biggie. Ranks in the top. Its clear he's getting offers from bigger and better PHs after his stunt on Geo with 7thSky. Otherwise previously he would be doing stuff for Hum TV, Urdu1, APlus. The fact that Danish is specifically working for Har Pal Geo and ARY Digital now means he's getting to the big league...those two channels are like Star Plus and Zee TV.
Now coming to the scripts, TV is a female-dominated medium. Its all about the female protagonist's life, whereas movies are about the hero. Lollywood is not churning out films, nor is it getting any international coverage so its sensible for male actors to not move completely to films and ignore TV. Danish understood that and thankfully balanced both...its better to do something more meaningful or do an impactful role on TV than a faltu 90s type ghissi pitti romance for the big screen. At the end of the day, the role should be memorable.
Fahad comes across to be a jealous guy...anyone better than him, he'll take shots at. This means Danish is good at what he's doing 
What Fahad lacks in multiple places, Danish has plentiful...so why would Fahad be praising his competition? Bada jigra chahiye hota hai, sabke paas nahi hota
Danish was not an A-Lister in the past, imo he has gotten there after Deewangi, because he is consistently performing well. He has legit proved himself in the worst scripts and most negative roles, that now even people cannot ignore his work. No one can deny how well he acts. Of course Ayeza was more popular than him before marriage and that helped him too (even though he is the superior performer!).
Coming to Danish's popularity, he managed to make Ishq Hai rank in Top 10, while Laapata is struggling for TRPs. You really think the audience is watching it for other actors? After the show ends, you think everyone's gonna remember Isra or Haaris or Hammad? No, its an all-out Shahzaib show. And this popularity has managed to get Aamna and Hassan to review it week after week...the same Aamna who ignored Deewangi and made fun of Danish's performance now ends up reviewing the show. If it aint a power move, then idk what is!
The audience has finally recognised him as the great performer he is, critiques ko impress karne se kuch nahi hota hai, I've never taken them seriously 😆
The industry's also started to take him seriously, why would someone who took potshots at him sign him for a project? And why is he doing a second back-to-back drama with ARY, the channel wants him right?
Danish has a lover-boy, chocolate boy image which means he has a lot of fangirls. He is the most good looking guy of their industry so that's a given. Imo he's meant for bigger things and someday we're going to read that he's signed on something no one else could've even thought of! Sab rat race mein lage hai aur ladka meelon aage nikal gaya 😉
