Reportedly, for the Hrithik and Aishwarya's swordfight scene, the swords were earlier made from wood and fibre. But the Ae Dil Hai Muskhilactor found it difficult to manage it, and thus the swords were re-made using light fibre

Aishwarya is/was a beautiful creature made my nature. So she will good anywhere, but when it comes to the craft called acting, she is average at best and mostly garbage.

She was fabulous as Jodhaa. No other contemporary actress could have breathed life into the character as well as Ash did.

I disagree. Lot of actresses could have pulled it off. Priyanka, Kareena, even Lara Dutta. The world doesn’t revolve around Aishwarya Rai.

This role was the perfect vehicle for Aishwarya Rai. She was robbed at the awards that year. I am glad Jaya Bachchan felt this was important enough to speak about so the public would know the truth.

I don't like Aishwarya much but she totally aced the role.

She was quite good as Jodha. Looked stunning and acted well. Didn't look plastic opposite HR who is the most robotic person around. In that movie his stuff personality helped though.

Why do I see so many people hating on Aishwarya?

She is a good actress. And in Jodha Akbar her beauty was breathtaking. Yess she is not brilliant in acting, but I think we rather not be too harsh on her.
