I was thinking, this doesn't look like a regular rented apartment. I wonder if she has rented a serviced apartment. I doubt Octopus would pay for hotel for such a long period - and it would be too expensive for a beginner. In the "IT Cities" of Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune serviced apartments are common and are a good option cost-wise - not sure about Mumbai.
