Understanding Sai’s psyche

It’s been really difficult for Sai to accept or even see through Virat’s love for her, she still hasn’t been able to accept it.

For Sai the concept of love is that you can only love one person and once you’ve loved, that’s it, her father never moved on and fell in love again. Sai as a person is also like that, once she has loved that’s it for her, even Virat if we see is like that. But the problem here is the complexities of the situations and mind. Virat never loved Pakhi he mistook it as love, he has only really loved Sai. But for Sai it’s not easy to accept because she was told otherwise and she engraved those words in her mind, now she sees Virat and Pakhi is through her perspective of love as for her she was told they’re in love with each other. She can’t accept that Virat can love her as he’s already in love with someone, it’s just not possible, but she doesn’t know that Virat never loved Pakhi but only her. Sai has her own insecurities which is making it difficult for her, Virat has kind of told her about his feelings but maybe it was not enough for her to understand and accept it. Sai’s insecurities root deep and every time she has tried to be okay something has happened that pushed her back making her insecurities root even deeper. Virat told her that he isn’t committed anymore and he likes her but maybe it wasn’t enough for her to process it all. Is it easy to ponder upon it?? No it’s not, it’s a really sensitive matter for her that’s why she’s avoiding it. It’s not easy to introspect too, you do run away from it. Sai has come to a point where you don’t want to listen, see or understand anything, you just avoid it. It’s the contradictory emotions and situations. Sometimes even you don’t understand yourself. Sai is struggling with her vulnerable emotions and it’s not easy to accept or understand anything.

Knowing that Virat loved pp, Sai is obviously going to run away from accepting her feelings for virat n will try to deny/postpone it because she feels it wrong to be in love with someone that has already informed you of his commitment to another. In Sai's eyes the only reason he is not with pp is due to circumstances, societal pressures/norms and because he cant hurt his brother. She sees his attempt at "moving on" with her n rejecting pp as a compromise. She doesn't like the idea that perhaps virat has to "force himself" to love her n be with her just because they are now married. And Sai could have probably got over his past if pp wasn't in their life 24x7. Its not easy as a wife for Sai to have a constant reminder of who virat "loved " and despite that decipher his actions/jalebi words as his love for her n accept that he is genuinely over pp. She is too idealistic, naive and innocent. Her notion of love is something that is eternal/forever/only happens once- and she thinks virat has already "loved" so anything he now does to be affectionate with her in a husband manner- is in her eyes a "forced" gesture, a gesture of "dhong/lies" . Yet she struggles to not accept it/melt when he does these things. Which is why eventually she feels angry/hurt at getting "led on" because her wall is crumbling n she feels like she is being led to a setup for heartbreak because she will fall in love with her husband who already loves someone else . But she does not know that virat simply had an infatuation for pp- not love....and virat is an idiot for making such promises to a woman he literally knew for 2 days because that promise/commitment makes Sai feel like virat had some "eternal love story" with pp. What virat told pp- that he mistook attraction as love n got carried away, but he believes that destiny/god's plan is always for the best n that eventually the 2 people who are meant to be together as soulmates will end up together- is what he needs to tell Sai.

Unfortunately for him his most extreme affection for pakhi was during his wedding to Sai abd 2-3 days later in the house when pakhi was a novelty to him..

Sai has registered that deep desire for pakhi in the initial days … and no matter what it won’t get erased from her mind ..

because infatuation is always sharply felt than deep abiding love ..

so even though virat clearly showed desire for her in hospital , holi … and in the mohey rang do Laal practice .. Sai is not accepting it … abd brushing it away

haha very true in his efforts to soothe her Heartbreak he imprinted deep questions in Sai’s mind. She can’t believe now that a man like virat can forget his feelings. She knows his emotional side and his moral stance! So it is even more difficult for her to accept that he loves her now!

Saying from this personal experience NO relationship can take off without undusting the past...here Sai is only a teen to go with flow.. 😕

It's Virat who has planted all those in her Mind...I remember during the DIG incident he included Pakhi which should be between Sai and him.. He had this desire going on in his subconscious mind for Sai but practically he showed the love to Pakhi....When Sai left the room to sleep with Usha maushi she said neither she would forget what he did today nor will let him forget what he did....All her actions are culmination of various incidents..

Most importantly she has been thrown in a complex situation without any proper guidance..No one is there for her to counsel her to understand the dynamic of a spouse..till now she has been surviving in a toxic place like CN on her own afforts....

Nicely worded . I also believe that she is unable to accept the change in Virat’s feelings owing to her lack of exposure . It’s similar to frog in a well knowing nothing about the ocean . She believes people can fall in love only once and never love again . She is not aware of falling out of love or infatuation . Another thing which she is failing to understand is people change with time . I think Samrat tried telling her this but she is not in a stage to accept any help or guidance from anyone . The best way to help her understand is give her own example .. when she married Virat her feelings were different , she was different but today she changed . The girl who didn’t want to marry even if he was the last man alive on earth is today feels without him she would be lonely and lost ( her own words ) .

Just want to point out that Sai during initial stage ignored Virat and Pakhi’s interaction and was able to distract herself with studies but today she is restless and cannot be at peace without knowing what happened between them . Seeing all this I feel the best thing is for Sai to realize herself and fit that to happen certain triggers are necessary

I dont know, there may be hundreds of reason for sai to dont believe in virat's love but to me she always comes as a confuse being who doesn't know anything about love and deliberately attempt to block everyone's advice on this matter. She seems irritating most of the times now.

Virat too appear as idiot and more of a coward for not confessing his love clearly. I mean that man can take transfer, ignore sai but cant tell her how much he loves her. Agar usne maan hi liya hai ki sai ko uske hone na hone se koi fark nahi padta to bhai bata de na ki tu pyar karta hai...use nahi maanna to nahi manegi😆

I think Sai is in two minds because Virat has married her because of a Vaada to her father and she recognises his efforts. But this also proves that Virat would do anything for a Vaada. Hence, why shouldn't the Vaada to Pakhi matter?
