My dad having high BP,sugar and had heart surgery 3 yrs back but no symptoms

But I heard some people got severe symptoms like body pain,fever,vomiting n dizziness

Anyone here watched Thendral serial? Is imlie going that way? Like thulasi exposing charu, circumstances are not the same,still, I feel like that.
