I don't think it's a prank for multiple reasons:

1) Another crew member posted about his last day

2) His contract was for 2 months which is over now

3) Latest bts we can see shivi having a cut on her neck and raghav's disguize look out in the open so revealation happened. Uske baad toh mandaar ka exit hi possible hain

That pragalbh guy must have been asked by the team to keep the exit under wraps hence he must have changed the caption
