Okay, all jokes aside, a few things I wanted to mention that he said in the live and I feel we also need to keep in mind:
1. The guys are working really hard. I understand sometimes the story may not go the way we want and we will get shitty episodes. But somewhere we need to keep that trust that these guys know how to do their job and they will make changes where needed - last week was proof of that.
2. GM and everyone else as well are extremely committed to their craft. GM was really disappointed with people pointing out that fans take things too far with their criticism of the character without giving the required time for things to come out and complete the arc. We have been invested in the journey from day 1 and GM more than anyone has always been a very committed actor. He knows his arc better than even us, so if he is performing in a particular way, it is because that is his conviction, and we need to believe in his conviction as well. I do not say don't bash him if his acting is bad, but give him the benefit of doubt as to why he may be doing it, only because it is GM who religiously tracks his character graph more than any other TV actor.
3. Somewhere believe people when they say that things are not what they seem. Many of us knew things are off and not what they seem like and pointed that out multiple times, but nahi - jo dikhta hai usi ko sach mannna hai. I am not going to limit it only to yesterday's prank, but even the show overall. These guys have done this overarching themes very often, where they have closed open loops much later in the story, and fans like us have got that reference because we knew that was left open for a reason. SO believe - that is the one thing even I have learnt from Imlie - that when you truly believe, even SM will not allow anything bad to happen with you.
I know thoda zyada gyan ho gaya, and I am sorry if I have offended anyone or hurt anyone's feelings. But I really felt I should say these things given the roller-coaster we got in the last few days.
