Completely agree with you. Virat is anything but a cheater or two timer. When he is with Sai, he's completely hers. That's why I didn't like Sai's words and her behaviour on their anniversary date. This mess that has come to the fore due to Samrat's return is due to Virat's issues with open communication. He clearly needs to work on that. He also needs to learn to put his ego aside in certain matters.
Sai also needs to learn a lot. She needs to understand what love for a life partner means. She's getting jealous right now, feels shattered because Virat is not paying attention to her. But she needs to understand that even this is an aspect of love between a woman and a man. The love for her Aaba is different from her feelings for Virat. She needs to come to terms with that.
It's a journey of self realisation for both the characters. I have issues with execution of the story but the premise is very interesting.
