As a viewer I'm confused if virat genuinely did love pp or if he is clear in his head that it was only an infatuation. Its an important distinction.

If he deliberately chose "green tea" because Sai makes it for him n he wants to show her his choice has changed, he has moved on- why doesn't he call her vahini to make it explicitly clear to everyone n her what their relationship is.

If he chooses to make a statement by ordering green tea in a coffee shop why not make a statement by calling his vahini as vahini?!

She has fallen to such lows yet virat gives her way too much respect as a person. I didnt sense his sarcasm when he said pp you are samajhdaar n mature. It seems legit. He still tries to see the best in her despite all her stunts. He wants this waahiyad woman tooveon with samrat. In one year if she cant acknowledge the truth, what samakhdaari n what maturity.

Virats expressions softened in places while he was talking about Sai but to me his words didnt convey they that he feels a connection with Sai irrespective of love. His judaav n care for Sai exist even if she doesn't love him back right. But his words somehow to me came out as - i had to accept her as wife due to circumstances n now shes become my wife because we spent all this time together. His expressions show his tenderness but not his words. His words in places seem like he has forced himself to love Sai because he feels like he has no option.

I felt annoyed by him offering too long an explanation to pp & instead of cut n dry being like - NO i had only infatuation, but I feel nothing for you . he has said 50 other lines to cushion the blow for no reason. His firmness, his straightforward rejection is diluted in parts by his pravachan n gyaan.

He was genuinely clearing everything today and tried to make her understand patiently..But This lady is a lost cause..

He can't deny the fact that he was actually attracted to her for a fleeting moment and but he he easily could get out of this because they both mistook it's as love..

Though I wanted him to apologized to her for vaada because this is what holding both Sai and Pakhi. He should have admitted that he has done it at hit of the moment.. Second Sai is definitely is his destiny but he didn't feel for her the way he has felt for Sai since the beginning... As simple as that one can't mistake infatuation as love similarly one can't easily fall for someone whom he thinks his only responsibility..

He needs to stop pleasing people.. Samrat is much better than this.. Only sedhe baat no nonsense..

Otherwise he said everything that needed to be told.. He was clearly uncomfortable with that past he had with her and also didn't like the way she was kind of forcing herself into him.

Virat clearly told Pakhi that what they felt for each other was attraction and not love.

All the lines spoken by him are relevant,sensible and to the point no confusion at all.

He agreed there is a past they shared..true but

He also said it ended the moment she decided to marry his brother.

He clarified he wouldn’t have married her even if she is engaged to a stranger and not his brother.

He admitted that it was jamedari in the begining true

He then stated that in one year of togetherness he did not realise when jamedari turned into true wife.

He said that love is what existed between Sai and him.

He told Pakhi that what they felt towards each other is attraction and not love..

Since it is a public place and the other one is acting like a mentally obsessed one he can’t use shut up and other harsh words. She will create a scene and make nuisance .

The episode is worth watching multiple times just to enjoy the lines spoken by Neil.

@bold I feel the fandom should trend in twitter for virat to call pakhi VAIHINI henceforth.

That will solve many problems: samrat will be pacified,sai will understand virat has moved on and most importantly patralekha will never dare to cross the line.

Offscreen equation be damned,if these people want to prove they are as professional as they preach,why not show virat calling pakhi vaihini from now on?

Everyone in the chavan family calls their elder bhabhi vaihini : ninad,omkar ,mohit so WHY IS THERE AN EXCEPTION TO VIRAT PAKHI?

I feel like it was a little too long of a clarification. He was really stretching himself to get her to understand when she clearly can't.

Instead of exhausting his patience and samajhdaari, maturity on pp, if he used it on Sai, then Sai would understand that the problem is that pp is forcing herself on her husband instead of feeling guilty about being a third wheel in the nonexistent virat-pp lovestory.

Sai is paying the price for Virats anger/impatience with her and virat is paying the price for vahini being delusional.

Sai doesn't know that all virat had with pp was an infatuation. Because virats dialogues in front of Sai have made it seem like him and pp were in a very serious commiitted relationship.

What virat tells pp in private, if he had cleared in front of Sai and family toh ab tak atleast Sairat would be back on track.

Virat has been far too understanding n patient with pp to the point that it has backfired on him. His relationship with Sai hangs by a thread because his wife does not understand where he stands. Why does he not treat Sai with this degree of understanding and patience that he accords pp.

Even now, despite all that pp is doing if he thinks Samrat should move on this waahiyad aurat then he is doing a disservice to Samrat. Samrat deserves to know that pp is crazy! This conversation she has had with virat should show virat that pp needs to leave all their lives right NOW. She doesn't need another chance to move on in her life. If she is SO stuck in her past, they need to get rid of her from their lives. She should go to her parents house, not stay in CN.

Why Samrat is not questioned for offering another chance to Pakhi? Why only Virat is cornered though he did not force her and asked her to take a decision for herself telling her how good Samrat is?

About Sai it makes for another topic Niraja. A separate one as to why Virat can not explain Sai the way he did to Pakhi.

This I believed from a long time that Virat wanted Sai to choose him.. By now we all know how much he thinks about everyone. I still stick to my initial opinion that he wanted her to chose him. Because

1. He thinks she did not marry him by choice

2. She never expressed commitment to their marriage. She is committed, by her actions. She did a lot for him and his family. Like he said yesterday, he didnt even realize when she became his wife. But she also told him she will leave him. There is no show of affection or love that he started to expect from her. So he is not clear of her intentions.

3. Even after AJ incident, he knows she doesnt have anyone in her heart but also thinks he is also not there.

4. Taking care of him, is still platonic for him. He knows he is important to her, but in which way? like a mentor, like a care taker ? but is he her husband, lover and companion for life?

He doesnt have clear answers from her. Also after so much he has put her through, he also lacks confidence to ask her to stay with him, if that is something she is not willing to do. With all this going on in his mind, how does he express his love and 'force' her to surrender to him. That is the last thing he wants from Sai. Only his love for her, makes him keep mum with her. He is showering her with his love, still if she cant see it, then may be she is not willing to, is his mindset currently.

He knows Sai shows haq on him, he knows she doesnt like him talk to Pakhi. But why? he wants answers.

This is exactly the same dilemna Sai is going through....if there is a chance that he could get back to Pakhi, which is not yet clear whether he harbours feelings still, she doesnt want to ruin it. She is suffering in silence instead. Both are waiting for the other to tell first.
