Shiva’s untamed hair is one of the things that depict his carelessness. It's similar to Shiva’s biceps. I like how the character dresses and physical appearances define his personality.

Shiva, in his short combed hair, is too boyish. Shiva is introduced as a character who looks beyond his age, aggression, anger; dominance is the highlight of his personality!

If he isn't shown with untamed hair, he would look suave!

Then I can introduce a character who holds his arms and look raavi in the eye while she is sitting behind Rahul guy and say-
