TC articles always seem senseless. Its like they are high when writing these . But most of the times articles usually take up some random guesses or predictions and print them as story.

This seems out of the blue. Isnt related to track or any recent discussions. So unless someone has written a FF on it and they made it into their story.......there might be something here
