In today's episode we saw an interesting conversation between Samarat and his wife Patralekha.. which reflected their mindsets..

Samrat is upset with Pakhi and understood that she is still in love with Virat and waiting for him.

It was evident from his dialogue that he fell head over heels, the moment he saw her. He even says he understood her the moment he laid eyes on her. He could not see her cry, nor he wants her to suffer. He was insisting her to stay strong and move ahead

He wants her to start over, give their marriage a chance and even when she asked when must she leave he replied that if it was upto him he would not let her leave. He never even mentioned that he overheard the her phone conversation to Virat, screaming she loves him. He is truly a goner...

He wanted her to say those magic words - Stay for me and let us start over.

Haven't seen the episode....but from the written update, that's what it looked like too.

What is with Chavan men and their instantaneous falling head-over-heels in love with Pakhi? It's once again a case of infatuation....Samrat needs to be told of all the vile things Pakhi has done in the past year. I guess he will witness the depths to which she would go..during fake pregnancy track. Why he would want to still have a relationship with her is beyond me.

Samrat wanting to give their relationship a try despite Pakhi declaring that she loves Virat....I guess he doesn't know her motivation in getting married to him. He may think that she was forced by circumstances.

I like Sammy but I don't like this relationship.

Woh charo pagal hai, aur hum sab ko bhi pagel ker ke chodege. This love at first sight is driving me insane.

Not being pessimists but both brothers fell for Pakhi's looks and nothing more. Honestly I don't understand what they saw in her that both went crazy within minutes.

Neither Virat nor Samrat knew about Pakhi as a person. When Samrat met her, Pakhi na to muh hi latkaya hua tha, she hardly talked and had a sudo sa face 🤔as she was ghum in non existing pyaar.

Yaaro yeh love at first sight ka funda to mere samaj se uper hai.....

It bothered me too.. he didn’t mention the phone call.. and he did not speak when she said she did not know prior to their marriage that Samrat and Virat were brothers.. He didn’t ask her what about haldi, sangeet even few moments before the marriage when she could have told him the fact.

Yes I agree with you Amor! Here is my take

Today's conversation of Samrat and Pakhi revealed an insight into Samrat. He oscillated between a gentleman friend who wanted to objectively see Pakhi and help her move on and a heartbroken lover/husband who is willing to forgive his partner and start over again. The way his eyes warmed seeing her struggling to move on and at the same time, a husband who questioned her intentions when he asked her about that 'one' person. It is hard to box an individual into one particular role and judge their reactions. An individual can don 'many' hats at the same time, based on the circumstances and emotional state. What Samrat spoke in front of the family that morning is coming from a broken husband and a brother. But when he saw Pakhi privately, his emotions for her came into the front for a while. He gauged her intentions well. He is open minded too, to give their marriage a chance. But what he will do listening to Pakhi's intentions is something to look forward to. He was thinking for Virat and Sai too, which is endearing. He didnt like the way Pakhi said Sai cannot keep Virat happy. Definitely he sensed her dislike for Sai. He will be vigilant on that. One more thing that I liked in Samrat is that he doesn't let people walk over him, he shut up Sonali nicely. Virat is sensitve and gets people to take over him. His non confrontational nature is such.

Coming to Virat, he behaved as a distraught husband/lover. It is hard to see him ignore Sai like this because unknowingly we also have seen him like a person taking 'care' of Sai, just like Sai sees him. But we forgot that he is a husband and a lover who is let down by his wife. If we see him as an equal to Sai in what they share, his shutting down Sai or hurting her with his words look natural. He is clearly 'faking' his actions. He wants to show Sai that it hurts him. She had hurt him. In a way very demeaning...not him, but his love for her. If you are not something truly and your loved one accuses him of the same, it can be very hurtful. The person will lose the trust and goes into shell. It happens, in real with husband and wife. It is also so much natural to forget and forgive each other the next instant they show their love. Because, love is only the constant factor , misunderstandings come and go. Relationships work because misunderstandings will be eventuallly understood. It needs time! Virat needs some love from Sai, appreciation from Sai and understanding from Sai, his wife. What he did in the past with Samrat, he did it because it felt right. What he did with vaada is wrong, it was not well thought through. He needs Sai to understand this. Thats all! It is so simple but the emotions are making it so much hard for them.

Sai is not seeing Virat sill as a lover/husband. For her to realize that she needs to be cut off from Virat. Virat can fulfill the zimmedari and guardianship from anywhere. But not companionship. She will have to crave him and his presence to understand what it means to be in love. Virat craves for her presense every moment. She has to reach there.

Pakhi, pakhi pakhi. What I dont like about this character is her self centered ness. Not even once she felt bad for Samrat's hurt. The man is gone from home, there must be a reason for that. He must have been hurt. Atleast a sorry to accept that her actions caused him hurt would have showed some human side of her. The way she speaks is uncomfortable because, just those words can disrupt peace in everyone's life. Claiming Virat at the slightest chance she gets, not thinking twice to utter them, in front of everyone and anyone shows her disregard for other's emotions. The way she tries to put down Virat and Sai's marriage saying that Sai cant keep virat happy shows that she is finding cracks to fit herself in! She knows Virat is beyond reach, but Sai is still vulnerable. Samrat kind of sensed it. I think that put him down more that her intentions for Virat. Her fixation on SaiRat's relationship. That is her goal to break it. She is on that journey already.

PS: Samrat and Virat are true gentlemen. They are people who genuinely help others without judging them. The way Samrat encouraged her to move on showed his concern for her. He saw her as any woman who needs help not as her wife who betrayed him!! It is endearing to watch.

It bothers me that Samrat would not stay in the house for his widowed mother who has been yearning for him this entire time. He would not even listen to his shiva's side of the story. And now, he is telling Pakhi that he will stay in the house if she asks him to. Ok, I can understand that he might still feel for Pakhi, and he has also seen that Virat has moved on with Sai. So, he might be second guessing his decision to divorce her, wanting to give this marriage another shot. But, she quite blatantly told him that she still loves Virat and her hatred for Sai was also clear to him. Despite knowing these things about her, despite knowing that her marriage to him is just an act for her, she is going to be the reason that he stays in this house? A woman knew barely knew for a week? He is going to give her the benefit of the doubt over his own brother- the person he claims is his entire life "two bodies, one soul." This is just not making him look great to me at the moment.

I appreciated the honesty and "no BS" attitude with which he spoke- calling her out, and yet, showing her the mirror in that she must move on. But.... he is not a relatable character to me based on what I have described above.
