I actually read Himesh Mankad say the Laal Singh thing, and he's usually a reliable source! Those are the insider reports according to him.

Out of the films you have mentioned, I only remember reading that 83 has shaped up very well! 😁

I think, 83 got stuck because it’s production company Reliance has gone bankrupt. Hope I am wrong though.

I think that was another Reliance division. They also have Akki's Sooryavanshi in limbo and have just finish filming Shetty's Cirkus with Ranveer.
