I think more than that she is appreciated for being so adorably unfamiliar towards her popularity and also her humility.. Thats what works for her.. Her hard work kindaa shows..

That's why I had a problem with iconic or any tv awards, they give the award to undeserving ones instead of the ones that deserved. Atleast Ayesha or sairat should have been given one award.
