Shamita is right that akshara is the one who is insecure she brings up all these isuues abt bhojpuri industry then speaking English.

Yelling abt how many servants she has that was cheap and ppl might differ but the domestic help or ppl who work for us are like a family member and at least they are doing a job and doing it well and we should respect and appreciate it.
