I want to know why Kamal sir sacrificed his life. I mean took the bullet for Virat. Not antagonising or belittle his sacrifice, but he could have not considering he knew Sai has no one in the world other than him. What made him to take the bullet.

Different POVs are welcomed. I am expecting a healthy debate, no mocking or fighting.

I always feel that way. Sai had no one. He should have been selfish for the sake of his daughter.

I think as a dedicated officer, and in the spur of the moment he might not have thought of anything other than his duty.

I feel that way all the time..since I have lost someone because of the way he prioritised work.. Family does not deserve it, in this case Sai had only him and no one else!😭

Sai and Aaba’s bond was as precious as Kohinoor

I still watch old episodes and have tears in my eyes

More than SaiRat scenes I like Sai-Aaba scenes

Kamal did very wrong to his only daughter

I don't think he actually had time to think about Sai at that time. I mean he was in a dangerous mission so he was on full duty mode and Jagtap has fired very suddenly so it was some sort of reflex action from Kamal Joshi to save his fellow teammate's life. It happens a lot with soldiers , they just jump to take bullet for their teammates without thinking anything. Police officer and soldiers are taught to save others life and that saving their mates life is their duty or farz.

So I think Kamal Joshi coming infront of Virat and taking the Bullet was actually reflex on his part and I am sure he would have done it for another teammates too.

I completely agree with this take! I have also always felt it was his instincts as a police officer kicking in…

But a part of me has also always wondered whether the fact that it was Virat’s life he was saving mattered or not…he was clearly attached to Virat in a deep way…

I still wonder šŸ˜• Yes he was a dedicated officer but this wasn't saving someone it was killing himself. šŸ˜•

I have not watched those episodes entirely😭

But seeing it in my view as personal and professional.

Like, my dad is in engineer, and electrical field related things is simple for him. So whatever little bit problems come at home, he handles them himself and he involves us as well. But when he is in that mood, he is more of an engineer rather than our father. As in, he needs perfection, no goofing around. Cuz, that is how he sees it, his work at that point is what is on his mind. But later, he feels guilty for yelling at us.

So maybe that is what happened here, he was a police officer at that time, but when he took the promise from Virat, maybe he was that guilty father, who only wanted to safe guard his child's future. ā¤ļø

Man, this made me emotional
