I think it was a wise decision only given that she became a Bachan bahu, else she would have faded into obscurity.
hasn’t she faded away anyway 😆

I think the public in general is more to blame for all of this.

How would she have faded into obscurity?
She was still doing big films and had no reason to "fade into obscurity".

If she went the way Vivek did..
No use. If she was a citizen of another country which is strict regarding abuse and the incident happened there, then the case would have been different.
But why would she go the Vivek way?
Notwithstanding the fact that she was an established number one actress and also had good presence in regional and Hollywood industries, she was also not impulsive or foolish like Vivek was.
There's no reason why she would "fade into obscurity."
The case would have dragged
if Sallu can destroy Vivek's career he could have done the same to Aishwarya

She was admittedly dropped by big banners yaar.. and the movies she did during the period weren't that popular until she did Dhoom. (as far as I can remember)..
Bride and prejudice was pathetic..

I think the media or a female journalist could have easily taken her case and shown the reality to everyone. It seems like her issues were ignored .. its so unfair ðŸ˜

She was dropped but she came back strongly. And that happened before she became a Bachchan.
When she was dropped from Bollywood movies she went to Hollywood, and she became a much bigger brand. And that attracted offers back home too.
Reg. Bride and Prejudice. It was actually received well, did great at box office and she received a lot of appreciation for the film.
