So I expected last two to win, if people voted, cos stories utne nahi dekhte. I was like, ki ab itna same kisko chahiye hoga.

Maine kal phir se flip mar dia. 😆 Remember I told you that I might quit Kuch Rang? Last night's episode was literal dhansu. In fact, I would say if you can watch it in your free time, watch last night's. Kya sunaya Sona ne, mast tha! 😈

Although obviously Dev ko batana is like talking to a brick wall. 🤔 But then again hum-e kaun sa DevakShi chahiye? Mujhe to bas use apne aap aur apne baccho ke liye stand lete dekhna hain. 😈

Plus there was this one scene where Ayush (the new kid) almost called her mumma but he said auntie at the last moment. It was done really well. Like Sona noticed it and the kid himself was a bit hesitant. I am glad it's not turning up like Pari (Nazar). That would have been my worst nightmare.

I would have no problem with footage as long as it looked real. 😛

Like here too I have nothing against the character Soha. But the kid playing Ayush is better. So when the focus is on him it looks good. Although the kid playing Soha is improving as well, so that's good. Rest I want to see if Sona can really do something for her kids or not.

Because as much as I hate to admit it, this is reality. I have seen it in my own family where a super posessive mom-son duo made the life of the DIL hell. And it's a fact, too much interference from the grandparents does hinder the original parents' authority over them.

So this representation I am liking very much. Ish & Dev are disgusting but they are representing a major portion of our population. I can hate them but can't ignore them.

And it's terrifying because we can make fun of Komolika type villains as they don't exist in real life. But these sort of people... 🤔 🤔 🤔

Also Komolika type villains also exist, not fully but many of traits. Like many things, we just feel shows overdo, but people like these exist, few of the people I know have experienced and it's actually worst. So we just discussed. So again I would just say here, it's all on experiences and I wouldn't just say something great, cos all shows show some reality. Whether we admit it, like it or not! Execution can seem extreme, but doesn't take away the fact such things exist.

Yes!

That's extreme which is in all shows! Over na karenge toh yaad kaise rahenge, not just villains, even leads overdo. Am sorry to say, but I never found Sonakshi that great character, she seemed totally confused to me. Like even from the promos, why doesn't she take a stand for herself, and move out of a relationship if she finds it that toxic? Aisa bhi nhi hai ki she is financially dependent or something. If you are not okay, do the needful.

But then again, as I say leads hai toh aise sab extreme hota rehta hai, same with villains.

Hence side characters are the most relatable cos they are in balance and show the real side.

On a side note, I just saw a glimpse of my regional show and chappal fekne ka mann kiya😡😂😂

Inke leads ne toh mhrw leads ko bhi piche chod diya in terms of glorification socho!! 😂😂😂😂

On a side note, Rishmi... You asked. Not on a full roll but in art, inspiration helps, so yeah. But for the balance, RR will be always there, no prizes in guessing that!! Cos his arcs have been something damn fantastic!! No two ways in that.

TBH, neither do I. 😆 In fact, I am seeing quite the discussion regarding Sona that she never should have got married to Dev in the first place - which I agree with 100%

Even now, it's not like I am watching her for inspiration or stuff but it's something I have seen happening and I want to see if they can give some positive message or not. Rest, you know I have a soft spot for mother-child relationship. So I really like to see those interactions between Sona & Ayush.

And for once this has worked out like you usually say ki koi preconceived notion ki bina dekha karo, maaza ayega. Based on forum discussion, it seems like they are finally focusing on issues which should have been focused pre-marriage. So watching that is fun for someone like me. Mujhe free ka entertainment mil raha hain. 🤪

About extreme, I guess you are right but on a personal choice basis you know I am the exact opposite. 🤪

Latest example Siddharth ki movie, I saw 3 VMs on leads, and then I got bored cos all literally were using repetitive scenes. Bhai, movie army pe thi, love story pe nahi, ofc they wrote essays on how great is army but vms se toh, bas love me interested hi laga. Then just admit, kyu essays likhne. Thankfully I saw a mini simple VM which highlighted everything, all people and I was like thank god for little mercies and sensible ppl exist.

Yes, RR for me is a combination of what Pia and Radhika are for you.
