First of all...what a beautiful episode! One of the best from this show!

Rama begging anokhi to run away and a scared anokhi refusing to do so for her mother's sake. Rama knew, that if anokhi got married her life would become hell..maybe worse than her own because she would be isolated in a totally different country with no place to run to. Rama has seen life, I liked her confidence that she could handle the backlash. The mother and daughters crying at their own helplessness gave me goosebumps. Only women understand what women go through. Only women!

Babli is smart, way smarter than Vineet could ever be fyi. She got her sister out of the fix. Her knowledge of men and their behaviour helps her get out of tricky situations with Vineet.

Vicky. Underrated. He literally got nikki out of there. Just for Babli. And now when I think, Babli and Vicky really have good chemistry. Honestly way better than Babli and Ahir. (Sorry guys! ). This was a ship that should have sailed.

Anokhi is courageous yet scared. Anyone would be. It's a big bad world out there.

The music. God the music broke my heart at the window hug and when the Anokhi's title bg played when her mother and sister blessed her in that box.

I can't believe that the trp of this show was low when these episodes were going on. Dear lord...they are gold in terms of content. This happens to so many women where they are forced to marry men and give up on education.

This was such an emotional episode .Anokhi,babli and Rama's scene was so emotional .

Such an emotional episode today. Today’s episode belonged to Rama Bhalla and Babli. Both have decided that they would save Nikki from this marriage.

Rama knew that Babli was also suffering in an abusive marriage like her. She also knew that Anokhi had agreed for the marriage because of her. She immediately took a decision and convinced Anokhi to runaway from the marriage. Rama took a bold decision and she was very proud of it. She knew that she was saving her daughter’s life.

The scene where Babli asks Vicky for help shows the trust that she has on Vicky. And Vicky still loves her. Hope the makers bring him back in S2. Don’t know why the makers wanted to pair up Aahir and Babli. Maybe that was the only way that Aahir could get screen space.

My respect for Babli is increasing when I rewatch these episodes. Babli is portrayed as a very sensible person. I think deep down she knew that she could not continue this marriage for a long time. Her using pills to avoid bringing children in this abusive marriage was a wise decision. She had good character growth also when she came out of her marriage and became independent.

Beautifully put. Same feeling about Rama. She understood what could happen if her daughter went to Canada.

When you rewatch is when you realise how Babli and Ahir have less chemistry and I am glad they are only friends. Babli and Vicky...was a beautiful what if which should have been completed.

Same. She is smart. She is quick on her feet and also calm. I appreciate her more and more in the re-watch. She has great insight about people and feelings. She quickly caught on to Anokhi's crush.

What to say about the episode today. From the moent Babli came to know about Monty, we saw the Durga roop of a woman. I literally cried when both Babli and Rama begged Anokhi to run away.

Just imagine the turmoil Anokhi is going through with the hope just within her grasp but also the backlash her mom and sis will follow. When a daughter's life in jeopardy, a mother and the elder sister (also considered as mother) are the one to stand and protect their child. All the dialogues in todays episode said so much and were simply perfect.

I am falling more and more in love with SAAKK. That slip from Babli when she said, if only in my time there was a Vicky said a lot about her regrets. Babli and Vicky are such a natural pair and obviously when we saw her with ACP that spark was not there. How do they manage to say so much just by their body language is incredible. Everyday I admire the cast director for getting the SAAKK team together.

The poignant point was for me when both Babli and Rama were blessing Anokhi in the box and the jugni song started. the starting lyrics breaks your heart.

Hats off makers and thank you for gifting us such a story and cast.

Sorry this is soooooo late, but grades were due on Monday, so just found time to watch the episode at night.

This episode was all about the Bhalla women!! "Hum to nahi jee paaye, to tu jee le" This is why Anokhi's resolve is so strong when it comes to her education and her independence. She knows the sacrifices that went into her having that opportunity. Rama begged her child to runaway and was willing to take whatever punishment came her way. She felt she finally got a chance to stand by her child. Babli is also amazing. The Bhalla sister relationship is so precious. She's such a master mind. She should have planned her own escape from Vineet a long time ago. I love when she says "Kash meri time pe bhi, koyi Vicky hota". She deserved that love story. Also, Falaq looked beautiful....outfit, makeup, jewelry.....on point!

Side notes:

~ Monty is such a drunkard. He passed out on his stage! This is the guy for Anokhi?? All because he's from Canada?

~ Anokhi packed her clothes, books, laptop, certificates, trophies, and medals.........unlike Shaurya who packed his books that one time. I can't believe we had such discussions on the forum about Shaurya's packing........those were the days!!

~ Always looking for parallels......Anokhi was saying goodbye to her room like she did when she bid ShaKhi room bye.

When Jugni plays, I get so happy! The lyrics are so apt for Anokhi.
