Below I will try to explain what is the Islamic Belief(not trying to force anyone to believing lol) Even from a spiritual point of view , I've never had any such experiences, mainly because Allah already says that the only rebirth we will be experiencing will be on the day of judgement where we will be judged based on our deeds... Now coming to why some people experience and are convinced in rebirth, astrology is mainly coz of the presence of Shaytan whose main job is only to make us waste our time in then to rather seek the actual truth ie Islam, and Shaytan usually find prey to people who are already vulnerable and already believe in such things...most so called past lives that ppl remember are just snippets which the Shaytan shows us(Not talking about possession but misleading ppl in general)... Take astrology for eg. Usually in the lower heavens the angels sometimes talk about us so the shaytan will eavesdrop and then this info. Will be passed to someone who practices Tarot or astrology but with every truth they will mix false hood, we see this in our daily lives that how most of our horoscopes are bogus) And come to think of it, it actually made sense to me.. Dwelling on things like past life serves you no good but rather an escapism to your life... What we should be focused on is the present and how to find the actual purpose in the life which we are now living.....

While some people might think that it's just faith like many others.. I've spent many years in researching Islam so it's not just a matter of belief but more of knowing the truth... Because the soul recognizes the words of the creator.. In my case I did

Blessings to you for the fortune of being so clear in what you believe. Just to be clear I do not believe or follow any form of astrological signs, tarot, horoscopes nor do I believe or follow fortune tellers etc... Mine is also a believe based on research and NOT just Islam, because if you "research" and believe only one dogma or religious belief, then you are merely a follower of that religion and most likely biased. But that is neither important nor defining in the question of this post nor the answers everyone gives I answered braking a personal rule of not usually getting into personal information. However due precisely to the fact that I am such a scientifically based individual who relies on proven facts not theories it is a fascinating subject and one I will continue to research. This space is too impersonal and also unimportant to get into a long explanation on my hows and whys, however the fact that a person can understand a foreign almost obscure dialect the first time they hear it and know details that only people from a small place or cultural group know or can give detailed information of events that happened long ago are fascinating subjects to me. There is a creator and if you believe there is a soul then you must also believe that soul force may have been assigned by that creator to tasks or endeavors more than just once. So again I applaud your clear certainty or belief in what "truth" is, but please allow some of us the doubt and the personal search for answers, maybe one day we will be like you:sure of it all.

Hey.. I get that a lot.. Most of people of other faith take Islam as just one of the many religions on the facecof the earth(Eg,are you aware even the Cambridge Dictionary has defined Quran as divine revelation and many non muslim experts have also come to the conclusion that it's impossible for Quran to be written by a human, plus various scientific facts, are slowly discovering things already mentioned 1400 years ago) .. Believe me I can vouch that none of my beliefs are based on me being born on the same faith, it was just a blessing... I even graduated in Philosophy with focus on other faiths as well as atheism to have a sound knowledge... Do read the Quran once in your lifetime,do not for once belive me unless you investigate the truth for yourself.. Just like when we buy a phone we get manual, it only is logical that our creator also led u manual for us.. All the best and I hope you find the truth :)

Sure it can.

Consider "Phobias" that some people are born with.

Vedic Astrology explains it as a bad event from a past life which has "scarred" the soul in some way.

The ever evolving medical community until recently classified these phobias as "enviornmental" meaning something must have happened in childhood. Proven to be utter trash. So at the moment its considered "genetic", meaning one of your forefathers must have had an experience with the said fear and has been passed on to you. Big breakthrough since admitting to a subconscious brain.

Either way you look at it, genetic or soul, if you feel a strong connection or even a strong dislike towards something or someone...it could be related to some sort of past event before you were ever born.

Thank you for the good wishes, thank you also for affirming what I believe, but be not surprised: Not just the Quran but many other things defy the fact that only human hands or brains made them or created them, to quote you " it's impossible for Quran to be written by a human" many other things in this material world of ours are just as mystifying. By the way thank you for suggesting I "read" the Quran, you are a little late, none the less I thank you. Let me quote you, from your Quran: "It is clear in the Quran that human beings will be resurrected in the Day of Judgment, the term return means the resurrection in the Day of Judgment, this resurrection will only take place once and there will be no return to the world after" If you yourself read other texts other than the Quran. You are going to be happily surprised to find that all you need to do is change the word Quran in that sentence and you will find that they present and identical philosophy. Of resurrection and a waiting for the coming of "The creator" who will resurrect the MAIN core/soul and judge according to all their works , souls who will then live in glory with the creator or who will suffer in the penitence of an eternal hell. (Therefore as per your theory those holy words/books are also NOT written by humans). Basically in Holy texts or beliefs of ALL religions there are more similarities than disagreements. So you see reading texts, is not my issue nor hearing their interpretations by people who think they know it all, mine are other questions that get round about answers :like "your faith is weak, if it was strong you would have no questions, my interpretation of that is: NO you have not brainwashed me completely therefore I still have individual thoughts and questions you have no answer for, nor even from your manuals....

However you did not answer my question, what does your Quran say about;

How a small child can recognize/understand/speak ancient dialects/languages or can describe events that happened long ago, with exactitude of detail. When they have never nor their parents or lineage of relatives has ever been exposed to the same? How does that same young child fix a problem when confronted by a life issue and they describe how to fi it with exactitude based on prior experience yet it never happened to them in this life? How does a 5 year old who has never learned or even touched a musical instrument (parents are not super educated) pick it up and play with the mastery of a virtuoso? (NOT ME).

I thank you for the chance to chat it is usually rare in these forums of one liners and earth chattering discussions about naming a baby...

I will delete my previous comments of personal belief, I apologize for that but "cardinal" rules are made for a reason and braking them is as positive as casting pearls before swine...

Me. There are certain people I see in my dreams who I haven't met or seen before.

And then there are certain popular faces who I feel I know since forever, even though I have never met them or even have a chance of meeting them (they live in different continents lol).

I believe that those people are the ones I have known from a past life/lives. Maybe its a sign I might cross paths with them some day soon.

The soul is basically energy, the body will perish but the soul never will. Just like they say in physics, "Energy can't be created or destroyed, it only changes form".

In order to get out this cycle of life and death, I'd have to attain liberation, which I have not yet. Neither have the souls whom I know exist on the planet but haven't met.

But if I am getting such thoughts then probably I'm on my way to break free!

I would first like to begin with the Islamic concept of Fitrah and then proceed.

Allah says that each child that is born..is born with an innate ability to belive in one God.Ask yourself if no one ever told you what to believe then what would have been your faith(suppose you were born in an island) I would like you to read on Kapauku Tribe..they were discovered in 1920sand their way of worship was very similar to Islam(worshiping one God, with no image made of God) Similarly the Aborginal Australians had similar beliefs

(There has also been a study in Oxford University by the Psychology of Religion where children had their own natural religion with 1 God),

Since you say you have read the Quran, then you might also know that God constantly asks us why don't we use our intellect? Why don't we use our internal disposition when it comes to things related to God.. Regardless of many Muslims and followers of other theistic religions choose to follow their faith blindly, Islam on the contrary focuses a lot on thinking and educating(Part of the reason that once upon a time , Muslims were the pioneer of all major scientific inventions). Unfortunately with all our current religious organizations are more concerned into rituals then actual theology.

Now I am very much aware that in almost all religions , there is a concept of Heaven and Hell, The Great Flood, Resurrection etc.. Again it's written in the Quran that Allah since time and time again had sent Messengers across all nations and communities along with a revelation. And all the books had the same core message, Worship One God, stay away from false idols, heaven and hell etc.. And over time these scriptures were corrupted by people who wanted to guard their selfish motives. This is one of the major reasons why Islam spread like wildfire. For eg:People in Somalia had no problem in accepting Islam as in their old scriptures there was already written to worship One God and a messenger will come, (there are countless examples)

I find it strange that the similarities of all Religions are concluded that no religion is true, it's like if JK Rowling was to come with a sequel of HP, wouldn't there be a similarity in writing? The answer is Yes, Why? Because it's the SAME AUTHOR

Why I said that Quran could not have been written by a human is Prophet Muhammad was an illiterate, there was no concept of Prophethood in Arab and the literature of Quran is elite and experts from the Quraish tribe(in Makkah) as well as non Muslims have come to this deduction.. Non arabs usually are not able to appreciate the beauty of the Quran as much. Like How on earth did an illiterate man knew that the Sun doesnt revolve around the earth? (There are many more evidences all backed my both Muslims and non Muslim)

Now coming to your last Question didn't I already explained in my previous post.. Let me elaborate more, Every human once born has a Shaitan appointed who are with us till the day we die, It's very normal for them to pass info to people who practice tarot etc. Similarly these same jinns can easily possess humans(I thought you read the Quran) Hence the cases of reincarnation. Not gonna elaborate in this topic because nothing fruitful comes even if you believe.

The problem with us humans is we want God himself would come down to Earth, in fact Allah says that people whose heart are filled with deviation were to see Heaven and Hell themselves then they would say that we were only dreaming, We have come up with elaborate theories about how humans were created by aliens.. We have staunch believers of Scientology but people have difficulty in believing in the existence Of God. In my opinion it's pure arrogance of the heart, we are so blinded by our desires that we refuse to acknowledge what is evident.

Hey lovely chatting with you too, since you are into philosophy as well I recommend you to check out the channel Rational Believer, the channel explains in a logical manner about why people believe that Islam is the truth. Also check out Mohammed Hijab, Dr Jeffrey Lang, he is Professor at Uni of Kansas who accepted Islam and explains the whole purpose of human life on this earth fantastically

While there's tons of propaganda & false information in this post, I would just like to see where exactly in the Quran does it say, " The earth revolves around the Sun" ?

Post the verse.

Its easy to get people to accept anything if you invade their lands with an army full of "sword bearing tribals". You think the South Americans were waiting for the Europeans to come save them and introduce them to Christianity? Or some Africans nations just wanted to speak french, others english & the rest arabic? The fastest way to spread religion is through invasion & Islam is no different.

I'll stop here because almost everything in this post deserves a rebuttal but I'll be here for hours.

First of all I only shared the Islamic Philo and secondly None of this is propaganda and false information. You can check everything online(the tribes I mentioned)and verify the information that has been shared by me. There is no need to be disrespectful, I never spoke anything derogatory.. Sad part is that Islamophobia is a billion dollar industry and majority of the people easily believe everythingthey see on TV

.I was talking about the early spread of Islam which was way before the Mughals...Have you heard about Indonesia? It's the country with largest Muslim population, and there has been no Muslim invasion in that country.Islam was solely spread due to the good nature of the Muslim traders who came from Arabs in Indonesia.

Regarding the verse, I may have been hasty in typing about that so that was my ignorance.

. . 23:40 “Neither can the sun overtake the moon, nor the night outpace the day: Each of them keeps coursing in its orbit,”.( way before copernicus was even born)

Related to Embryology..

https://youtu.be/Bm4VFuWxitc

There is a embroyologist by the name of

(Keith L. Moore

Professor Emeritus, Department of Anatomy and Cell Biology, University of Toronto.

He was amazed by the accuracy of the statements made in the Quran in the 7th century. Statements about embryology. Before anyone knew anything about it. These statements in the Quran could not be based on scientific knowledge of the time so it must have come from God.) ..

There are scientists who accepted Islam after reading Quran (again you can verify this)

I am also sharing a video related to scientific facts in the Quran (this is not a channel by a Muslim since I know you will then say it's Propaganda)

https://youtu.be/uwSxSemmdDE

...The feeling is mutual, I do not wish to debate with someone who is soo disrespectful and not to forget an ignorant. .I have still tried to share you my sources ..You might find it hard to belive but there are people who unlike you really have a true thirst of knowledge and this is one of the many reasons many people are converting to Islam(yes.. Muslims also have sooo many children......) But people have logically come to the decision of believing Islam as a truth.. No one is asking you to believe but you have to acknowledge that there are people who found the purpose of their life in this very much Hated Faith...
