How is it?

I started Eileen but finding it boring so far.

Not very appealing to me. I found the synopsis of this book quite interesting but the book is just not as good. There were only a few lines that made me smile.

I read reviews for Eileen on GR. Not feeling encouraged to read that one either. Apparantly, nothing happens in the book until about 75-80% of the book and that's bound to be disappointing.

No wonder. I had hopes from this book after reading the blurb and some reviews but so far nothing at all has happened in it. I feel like I am wasting my time reading pages with nothing happening.

Sorry for being MIA, got caught up with stuff. I managed to finish reading Homegoing and People We Meet on Vacation. It took a lot longer than I would normally take but 20 minute breaks in between doing stuff and audiobooks can really help.

How did you like People We Met on Vacation?

I just started People We Meet on Vacation and I am already really into it. I hope it wont disappoint because the writing style reminds me of Colleen Hoover.😳

It was a fun read. It could have been around 20 pages shorter in my opinion, but otherwise it was a good read. I didn’t like the author’s earlier book, Beach Read, but this was good.
