If you have indian mobile number you can use first cry. Otherwise no. Sonyliv voting is not there outside India.

Call thy local Indian grocery store - ask them to watch the show though it is not in Gujrati or Punjabi. They will send you snacks as a thank you gesture! 😂😂

Look , I am guessing here. But it is just possible that if you give a local number and have the number user send you the OTP, you may be able to vote yourself on FirstCry. Why don't you try and let us know?
