I don't think it's Manvi show now. It was obvious that Pallavi now hates Mandhar. First because he is the one who tried to kill aayi and is trying to kill aayi. And secondly because Mandhar is the reason that Raghav and Pallavi got separated.

I'm not liking the upcoming divorce drama too but I think there is a reason why Pallavi is doing that as she prayed in front of Ganesha and said that Mandhar Deshmukh had destroyed RAghvi's love.
