Manoj I just read the whole plot line of Kusum on Wikipedia. You summarised the whole thing pretty well. Abhay was indeed a playboy who married kusum because she could protect him from bizarre accidents. He did have extra marital affairs and emotionally abused her after marriage and then got romantically involved with a girl called Esha. He started falling for kusum only after she married a guy called Siddharth

i didnt watch it fully. mom used to watch after i come from school. proper dinner time pe show. pakao as you know us time ke show ka plots muje pata nahi ab tak kyun yaad hai🤣

I didn't know about that show but it definitely has a similar plot line to Karam Apna Apna as in that show Shiv (Iqbal Khan) gets married to Gauri and after marriage it is revealed that the family had planned the wedding as he has a kundali dosh, they also showed that he had a girlfriend who he planned to marry later on but then he falls in love with the FL and his girlfriend becomes vamp and plots to separate them

i didnt know much about leap only that kusum changed thrice and abhay was replaced twice. Fun fact - Rohit and Mansi played Abhay and kusum at two different points in the show

ekta's may show was copy paste. If one plot didnt succed with one show or cast she would repeat them with slight changes. after reading everyone's updates i realized this kundli plot she copied in atleast 3 shows
