The writers haven't written Keerthi properly. But she very recently moved into the Rao Mansion. She has been living with Amma all these years so I doubt her being spoilt is the main issue. Keerthi is mad that Pallavi is against her love Sunny. Once she finds out Sunny is awful she'll go back to liking Pallavi.

Manasi feels like Pallavi/Raghav are the reason her marriage broke and after that they both get to be happy while she doesn't. That's what is bothering her. Other than that she isn't really interested in making Pallu unhappy.(The writers may ruin this later) so I guess if she finds her happy ending she may tone down.

As of now Mansi has not done anything irredeemable other than being angsty about Pallavi/RR being the reason for her broken marriage, being jealous of Pallavi and enjoying pallavi suffering. She has not directly caused any harm other than kitchen politics.

It was Sulo and Amrutha. Mainly Sulo but Amrutha was an accomplice. I get that her mom had brainwashed her but even then she is an adult so she needs some form on punishment before redemption.

True! I'm kind of finding it hard to believe that Amrutha suddenly saw the light out of nowhere and realized she was doing something wrong. Nothing against her though because at least she realized it and owned up to it. But yeah, I want to see her apologizing to the people who really deserve apologies (RaghVi and Keerthi) not just Milind Kaka.
