He will declare her innocent & set her free taki bon can defend herself.

Bon wanted ani to accept her innocence & he trust her that's d reason she accepted d punishment & not defended herself coz of ani's silence.

I think yeh decison hoga Ani ka but the trio will neutralize him (drugging/locking) and try to carry out the vidhi anyways. But then Ani will somehow escape (Bihari and/or the kids), reach the vidhi spot, and then we get Vighn Roy Chaudhary.
