I rememebr one real event when i was living there. In 2015 or so there was a scare of ISIS attack and the group of burkhadhari log was seen on cctv. Dehradun police put city on alert and later it was found that they were just college boys wearing scarves to protect from harsh winter 🤣

that reminds me of a funny college story 🤣 there was something that sounded like gunshots to the campus police at night, and when they went there it turns out a club was just popping balloons 🤣
