Normally in ITV, a party or a costume change is a great way to garner TRPs and hence are stretched for days or even weeks but in our show every single party is finished in a jiffy.
We get so many BTS of an upcoming sequence which creates such a hype but the actual product is hardly 3-4 minutes long. It's like showing the whole movie in the trailer.
Be the black dress or the Maharashtrian dinner sequence, we got so many pics as if it was going to be a grand affair but the main track was a tai-tai-phisss
Also this Mangla Gauri and the award function was promoted so much but but it was finished within a single episode. Such party sequences are a great way to garner TRPs and show good scenes or twists but I dont know why makers don't utilise them properly and are in such a jet set speed.
SS talked about cast being overworked but I guess half the time would be going in getting so elaborately dressed for such a short sequence.
Moreover there is no hype created within the storyline. I won't take names but in a show, a school dance function was being talked about for close to a month and now the actual function has stretched for more than 4 days but here out of the blue Mangla Gauri is celebrated, out of the blue an award function is organised without any hype being created.
Why are makers not utilising such basic TRP making schemes is beyond me?
