The fact that Mandar injured Aai to keep Pallavi at D Nivas in itself means he knows his illness/ML is not enough to make Pallu stay, he needs another reason to pull Pallavi back and away from Raghav. So he pushed Aayi over the terrace.

He is starting to lose his hold over Pallu and so he’s starting to use others. He is on his way to losing already- that in itself iS a BIG change from

Uski dimag thikane nahin ayegi. She belongs to these Deshmukhs and Deshmukhs only . Today also she forgot about RRs ceremony bcuz she had to go to Pick up Dr Ramya for Mandu . She disappointed her Jaya Amma as well . She let them down big time . From the Precap it seems to me Ki RR came to pick her up but she wasn’t able to go out of the door bcoz of her babas kasams. Honestly this girl is good for nothing.

Ab on seeing aai like this will Raghu have dhammad wali feeling and say aai ki halat ke zimmaydar ko pakadega...???

Will aai be in coma ( waise Dr Ramya ne toh mandu ke coma ki BAAT ki tha na ) ya will aai also suffer memory loss😒 yaa she will be paralyzed 😭

I was already pissed with illogical thing of Raghav not allowed to see his wife 😡 Chalo ignored

Now pallavi not attending his husbands award function because M got burnt .. let him .. haath hi tho jala hai pura body nahi .. I wish .. entire D fam was there to take care of him .. then why insaniyat ki murthi..

Dr Ramya permanently in Hyderabad only …. She says if M doesnot get relief he has to be admitted .. wow .. better .. mental asylum bheejwa dho M ko .. he needs that more than pallavi ..

Chechi has gone into deep despair!! 🤣 Well do not give up hope Chechi!! Pallu is Marathi Waghin (Tigress) and Raghu is Telugu Simha (Lion) . Mandu Bandar (Monkey) can win now but eventually the tigress and lion will hunt down the monkey. 🤣
