haan..cost of raw materials has gone up ... simple/unglamorous stuff like tile glue or grout is also not available readily..

A lot of these goras are very handy..khud hi patio /deck/bathroom bana denge to save on labour costs..labour is very expensive here..hamara contractor mast hai lekin . Also, main itni handy nahin hoon ki khud tiles kaat ke bathroom bana doon..
