Sorry I thought the discussion was about DilipK Kumar. This was with Dilip Kumar. Dev Anand toh she worked in multiple movies and even stated how he was the most perfect gentleman she ever got to work with.

There were multiple articles which with direct quotes from her on that. Even her uncle came and bashed Dilip because of this. Basically she refused to work with him when he was new or something and he held a grudge against her so he ganged up with the director K.Asif to humiliate her and satisfy his own ego. K.Asif was also holding a grudge because he wanted to marry her while she rejected him for Dev Anand. Male ego is very toxic and can demonize the best of the men. 😵🤢
