There is no depth in her love towards Raghav if she can misunderstand him at the drop of a hat.

She has spent more time in her imaginary love and respect towards Mandar and as his widow than she has as spent as Raghavs wife. So she has kept Mandar on a very high pedestal like she has already told Raghav initially itself. So I guess Mandar has to turn openly and totally negative and only then Pallavi will believe Mandar can be wrong. Till such time she will not believe Raghav.
