I 100% second you on this one. I would've loved it if he had tried to dress everyone up in western formals, being unable to think outside of that. Mit and the rest of Halla party would've convinced him out of it and then discussion among them would lead to the costumes they are wearing now.

This would've saved us from seeing such a drastic change in Sid's character, so suddenly.

I understand they've shown small changes over time, possibly building up to this one. But I still find this to be a little too early to show Sid come up with Mithai-like ideas.

Maybe he was actually a mischievous boy before Arati died.. The best part was Sid teasing didia......

And as per the sequence going now we can get a mithai Sid dance sequence......
