I think they purposely did it so the actual moment that the hug happens would be more meaningful and celebrated.

Because till now, all of Rudhita hugs has been very emotional and intense,they know it's something the audience is awaiting along with the first amna samna so they cannot mess it up.

But it was a poor decision to do this via a dream, they could have just done something else to fill up the episode and honestly, this is the only ITV show where your audience isn't hungry for romance 😆 samjha karo makers!

I really doubt they should blame Bon but they can and I'm sure Ani will support her and show them the mirror.

Because if you are going to blame Bon for CC then Ani also should be blamed for Mini, infact, he has more reasons to be blamed because he, indirectly, did a lot of things that caused harm to Bon and others whereas Bon does not have any relation to CC and neither has she, in any way, encouraged him.
