So Raavi talked to Dhara about making her a chachi. I know Dev had slip of tongue that way Rishita and Ravbi got to know they are trying but not about the sacrifice made. Only Shiva and Dev know that.
Why was it done as a matter of fact in Raavi’s dialogue?
As I told you in the OG, the focus was not on bedroom building as it was done in 2 episodes. The main focus was on the sacrifice that GauRa couple made, different family members got to know at different times. Then started the pregnancy track. Dhanam could not conceive but in the meantime Meena (Rishita her) conceived, had a baby. During that they also showed KM (Shiva-Raavi here,they were the first ones to know about the sacrifice) consulting a Doctor on behalf of Dhanam, to talk about pros and cons of having a baby at this age (Dhanam is shown to be 34, married for 14 years) . Then Dhanam’s pregnancy track restarted after Meena’s delivery. This time Dhanam herself met the Doctor for a consultation and now she is full term, ready to pop any time and they showed the baby shower episodes last week.
In the OG, they didn’t take the surrogacy route, not that it’s a bad thing but is there any indication that this version will do that? Are younger actresses willing to become pregnant on screen? Aren’t Simran and Alice much younger to Shiny?
I wish makers didn’t complicate this track and kept it simple like the OG😕

Yes they are , but I don't think here it's the age factor ... Here they might show how the medicines have damaged her uterus probably . That's why so much emphasis on those meds .

Age factor? Dhanam is shown to be much older than Dhara. They have been married for 14 years. When the OG started in 2018, the leap was for 12 years and they didn’t start Dhanam’s track until 2020 October, 2 years after the show started. I understand it is important to show long term effects of taking pills but they should also show some positive aspects like it is reversible with treatment and proper medical care and give audience hope. If all fails then they can take up surrogacy.. But this version has been on air only for 6 months. why rush things?
In the OG they established all the relationships well including KM story and Meena’s adjustment issues then the pregnancy track started first for Meena and then Dhanam.
