During Humsafars (another Gul/4 Lions show on Sony, with Harshad as the ML) they had to change their storyline and the theme of the show took an 180 turn from romance to mystery/thriller because Sony asked them to do it due to its low ratings (I remember reading about it so can't confirm the source). So halfway through the show, Humsafars changed their montage, introduced a completely unnecessary murder angle and the show still didn't survive😳😆
yaar ZGH is such a gem. I think I mentioned this before--I didn't like Zaroon's character much but Kashaf and her mother had my heart❤️ My mom and I used to watch it together and she'd always comment on how similar I was to Kashaf. It would make me so mad back then but I see now what she meant, Kashaf for me is relatable as hell😆
What I loved about Kashaf was her hesitancy about being a parent. That is so rare to come across. Women are expected to be ready and always willing to have kids. I was actually hoping something similar would be shown with Ishqi. Having just started her job and working to support her Maasi and acquire the old age home could habe led to some hesitancy about having a child right after marriage. I would habe loved to habe seen Ishqi and Ahaan discussing kids and possibly having different timelines of when they'd like to have kids. Again, this show has so much potential. 🤔

i even loved her younger sister..she was such a contrast to Kashaf..wiser than her age and calm and sensible without being judgmental ..even i am not a fan of Zaroon but kashaf and her mother was❤️..the show was so beautiful...something that can be watched repeatedly without being bored...and they had a script and story which covered everything in the number of episodes it was aired...intelligent ,smart ,educated, ambitious relatable female characters are such a far away dream in ITV sighhh

This is Humsafars after they decided to make it oooooh-mysterious: 🤣

I liked Kashaf a lot too, but I feel at the end she kinda compromised and adjusted to Zaroon more than he did for her and kept their relationship in Zaroon's "comfort bubble" to ensure he felt happy.
My memory of the show isn't that strong, but I think she would've been happier with Osama- I know she rejected his proposal. Zaroon barely adjusted for her- IMO, Osama would have.

and a heroine who had zero interest in romance or love...this would be such a taboo for ITV😆..she was so practical that it was annoying and real ..no fantasies or such dreams..was focused and her distrust in men was so naturally shown from her father to her husband...it was so hard to fall in love with her but as she wrote in her diary ...she would never let him see that she was a home made of sand who had the fear of collapsing ..she hid her insecurities and fear behind her i do not care stance...i loved the climax of this show...her finally admitting and him realizing even before she admitted...the way he landed at her home to take her back .Not a fan of Zaroon but his little gestures for her did melt my heart too..

Sony loves murder. Either kill characters or the shows. Lagta hai head of Sony wanted yo be a thriller writer ban nahi paaya now making everybody a mystery writer🤐👿

Okay.. I'm going to do a complete 180.. after watching this I am kinda glad they decided to wrap up the show. If it is going to be extended are move online I would rather IPZN maintain the core concept of the show and not ruin it for us by creating unrealistic over the top tracks. 👍🏼
Got to say that Pallabi Halder on Twitter is one very, very dedicated fan 👍🏼
Was at the forefront of the first campaign, and is mustering up the strength for another!
Respect!
