Today's epi was much better. The bg as Sairat gaze at each other n the fb's play is so touching. The virat-sunny scene left me a bit confused....it started off as virat lamenting not confessing his feelings but ends with him refusing to speak up. Sunny is telling him to confess, explain that his possessiveness is due to love and Virat is like- no, i hope Sai will see love in my farz! 🙈🤔 Matlabb why! I dont understand his reservation. Ok maybe he doesn't want to confess until this issue has settled a bit....but he makes it sound like he is putting all the onus on Sai to realize his feelings. Why?! Will he ever think of this from Sai's pov. If he starts doing "farz" again she will only be more broken. As it is she is confused. She sees his jealousy and is questioning if he really is doing it out of possessiveness for her. Does he think of her as his wife. And by not wanting to even think about confessing and continue this farz, zimmedari game, he is prolonging their combined misery.
But i love how he just kept gazing at her from the window. Watching her eat, wanting to rush in as shes coughing....
The morning scene where he is there with naariyal pani is a good touch. He convinces her to agree to drink it and is trying to probe n see if theres any cracks in her armor yet....he has a fond smile as she is questioning him about missing work for her sake. I am not sure why he is smiling exactly....is it coz he missed seeing Sai talking like this- like her usual self, ir is it more of a rueful smile to say ki the priority of my life is telling me to prioritize something else over her, is it a smile coz unwittingly Sai acknowledged that she saw that he had prioritized her over even his work, or is it just a proud smile of how understanding and responsible she is even when she is in hospital. Unlike people who want to be waited upon, she is being practical and saying- I'm fine. Go do your thing.
But no matter what the reason for the smile, it is my fav expression on Virat- this secret smile he has as he is watching his baiko...its one of such fondness and love. Heart melting ♥️♥️♥️
It was heartbreaking as Sai told Virat- i dont have a home. Neither is your house mine, nor is pulkits. She really feels so lonely. She had let her guards down with virat, but his actions have impacted her so deeply that now she is back to feeling like a burden, an unwanted presence that peoole feel pity for. Ayesha's expressions and tears make me tear up.....
And then we see the virat pp scene. This is definitely one of my favorite scenes now because of how well it has been performed by virat. It was pitch perfect in terns of dialogue n screenplay too. I love how virat says- tumhe jitna girna ha, giro but you cannot come between me and Sai and you are responsible for your own haalat, stop blaming n wishing ill on others. I wish virat had this degree of clarity, this firmness in his words n body language much earlier - may have saved him n Sai a lot of heartache. But finally he has understood that pp is evil, the root cause of all trouble, loves to play victim and that he needs to stop feeling guilty. I hope that after this they dont show him forget it again n start feeling bad for pp EVER again. Today virat didn't mince words. He literally said- enough of your drama/nautanki- your fake tears! Its definitely worth watching pp's epic beizzati. As usual pp reactions are basically blank face and use of glycerin in her eyes but who cares. Beizzati hui. And nicely at that. He called her giri hui. Yess! Wohoo!
Ayesha and Neil really breathe life into Sairat again. ♥️♥️
P.s. props to pulkit for that nice touch where he peeks from door n walks away to give Sairat a moment despite his anger towards virat. He maybe insisting to take Sai home but eventually he knows Sai belongs with her virat sir. Especially if he wants her to be happy.
