Not only virat i find every characters dialogues are mismatched at some point.. They just make chaos all the time nothing fruitful comes from their dialogues.. Never saw any show with this much bad dialogues ever..they do bad editing sometimes i feel saas bahu sazish camera angels and editing better then them with such bad editing and unrelated dialogues every character seems bad at some points..here some defends sai some virat i find every character of this show is flawed except mentally challenged devi and her daughter and outsider or minor characters like sunny, ajankya etc.. Flawed character can b likeable if they keep consistency and keep developing but because of bad dialogue none of this show character developed at all..only minor development happened with ninad but don’t know what he will say next episode and destroy all the development he got last few episodes cause their dialogues are so bad that can ruin any developed character in few seconds..

Who the hell is writing this man's dialogues...What have they reduced him into ? Exactly what? Sai has good dialogues..Mohit has good ones..Shivani has good ones.. Pulkit as well go some gaadi ones...What's with Virat? Why are they reducing him to be such a spineless man??The man who subtly wrote Sai's new name as Sai..I don't see him anymore..Don't do this to Virat Chavhan makers..Please ..

The only good part about these bad dialogues was Neil and his portrayal..He portrayed his hurt really well and utters such atrocious dialogues with so much conviction and emotion....The way he broke seeing Sai that way melted my heart..felt real there..we can't see our loved ones that way......Sai had great dialogues amd Ayesha was great...Can't see Sai lying like that lifeless...

I don't want makers finding resemblance and Virat anymore..Virat has crossed his limits too many times to find similarities with Sai's Aaba.. That man loved his daughter like crazy.. He was her home..

I guess I am the minority, but I absolutely loved the episode. Initially, I was also upset by the way that Virat stood in the corner instead of going directly to Sai. But, after thinking about it some more, it kind of makes sense to me. He knows how deeply he has hurt her, and Pulkit kept telling him that if she sees him, her condition may worsen. So, perhaps he wanted to wait to see her reaction before he went closer to her. Some are comparing his reaction to Sai's reaction when she came to see him in the hospital, but these are entirely different situations. It would not have made sense for Virat to try to touch Sai's hair or comfort her physically, because she would have rejected his touch, just like she did when he tried to grab her hand. I think he himself knew all of this... he knew how upset Sai was.

I completely agree that this entire situation has occurred due to his own behavior, and Sai is the only victim here. But, at this point, Virat himself is desperate and heartbroken. Not only is he entirely consumed by guilt and regret for his actions, but he now is also scared that Pulkit will take Sai away from him. In his mind, if Sai goes to Pulkit's house, then he will lose the opportunity to even redeem himself. So, he wants to make sure that he has the time and space to be able to make things right, but in his mind, that is only possible if Sai returns to CN.

I did not take Virat telling Sai that she should have listened to him and not run away as him blaming her for the accident nor avoiding responsibility. In fact, the first thing he told her was how sorry he was and how he is ashamed at what he has done. After that, he said that she should have not run away like that. To me, this came only from a place of concern. Was it illogical for him to think that they could have had a civil conversation after all of that went down? Of course. But, again, we have to consider his mental state too. He was quite literally in a blacked out state at the time, and he did not realize what he was doing. I'm not saying that this is okay, but I'm simply pointing out that to me, this did not seem off nor out of character.

When Virat says that he does not want to talk about all of this anymore, it's because he has no explanation. He knows and has fully accepted that what he has done is unjustifiable. And, I think that it was pretty evident to Sai how much he regretted his actions. I don't think that upon seeing him, she questioned that he regretted it. The point of the conversation was less him apologizing, and more both of them honestly talking about why they both reacted in the ways they did. To me, this was way more productive than what would have been if Virat just sat there crying and apologizing. Virat tried to make Sai understand that he never intended to call her characterless, but he became possessive over her. For the first time ever, he said that he wants his marriage to be real with his whole heart. And for the first time ever, Sai did not counter him. She said that what she wants should matter too... but never did she say that she doesn't want the same, because that is, in fact, all she wants. Furthermore, this was the first time that Sai told him that he is the closest, most important and respected person to her. The shock on his face made it clear how taken aback he was to hear those words, because he too, had been waiting for this moment. This is the closest that both of them have ever come to full transparency with each other.

Going back to Virat's dialogue of not wanting to speak about it anymore, I don't think it was because he was trying to wallow in his own self-pity. Similarly, I didn't take the dialogue he said to the doctor as self-victimization. I think Virat has made it pretty clear that he knows damn well he is responsible for this entire situation. But, to me, while before he was consumed by guilt and scared if Sai would survive or not, he is now consumed by guilt and scared that Sai won't be with him for him to redeem himself....

@bold: I don't think they are showing Virat to be spineless in any way. If anything, I think that this entire sequence has shown the progress that his character has made. Before, he always needed aai or Sunny or someone else to make him realize his mistake. This time, he knew he was wrong from the very moment he saw Sai's accident. He instantly regretted it. Of course, his anger issues remain the same and he needs serious therapy. But, the way in which he is able to self-analyze has changed in my opinion. Also, yes, he appeared weak in the episode. But, how else do you expect a man in his situation to behave? Sai is broken, but so is Virat. Again, not defending his actions nor his words, but he is a man deeply in pain too... and that does not mean that he does not acknowledge his mistake. To me, this is the same man who wrote Sai's name in the rice. But this man is now under very different circumstances...

P.S.- I completely agree that the direction of his seat/ it's proximity to Sai's bed was very off...

I felt the same..

Virat enters the room.. Neil’s face lights up with happiness on seeing her waking up.. and he smiles.. she remembers the incident and faces away.. a man in lost in love, who was about to lose her.. and now comes and sees her waking up.. I did not see his happiness being expressed in words. Shouldn’t he be saying thank god you are ok.. I couldn’t bear the thought of losing you, ever..do you need anything.. then I am sorry.. I was not myself .. etc etc.. I didn’t see that..

His expressions show the pain, guilt and relief but his words showed none..

Dialogue writers and the writers are really pathetic, they should decide first of all whether Virat is a typical male or he is that man who wanted to make a difference.. I am not convinced with how they portray his character, he is not an average Joe, he is an IPS officer, who is trained to have a high emotional quotient..

Running behind Sai on the street, asking for explanation after the incident was like a duty cop chasing a suspect..🤣she was walking on the street, until he started chasing heršŸ¤¦šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø

As I expressed before, I loved the episode. There is a comfort of wife and husband. Unexplained knowledge that the other will not take anything wrong what they spoke. Virat behaved just as a husband would. He said she should not have run. He is her husband afterall, so he gently reprimanded her. And Sai was all wifely questioning him, drilling him down with all the haq.

His main worry is if she returns or not. As a husband that should be his worry...later they can settle their issues. šŸ‘šŸ¼

Beautiful post Pooja. ā¤ļø Finally I understood the episode after the discussion in this threadšŸ˜…

It was quite well-balanced actually. Virat is in a mess too - guilt, shame, helplessness and deperation. And Sai was in no mood to forgive him as easily as she had been doing before. She let it all out - Virat's aggressive behaviour really shook her. Her hurt and her anger were well expressed.

And in their vulnerabilities, they let slip of the things we have been wanting them to tell each other. ā¤ļø

Pulkit has been used beautifully.

I just felt Neil was off ....his voice-modulation especially...sounded a little artificial. Or was it just me?šŸ¤”

I didn't hate the epi. I liked it. But i really think thay the scene waa missing many small but still crucial things. The first thing Virat should have asked Sai even befire apologizing is - tum theek ho? Or something to that effect- kuch chahiya tumhe?, Bappa ka shukar hai tum thik ho....

Infact even when he was saying- but tumhe aise bhaagna nahi chahiye tha, i thought he would definitely follow it up with "agar tumhe kuch hojaata toh"

I think that Virat's position as he was sitting there just looked off. When a concerned , loving husband is sitting by his wifes side in the hospital, you automatically expect him to sit by her eye level, lean close to her, move in sync with her needs. Infact the pulkit-Sai scene incorporated all that. As shes talking and moves, when she winces, Pulkit reacts. I was hoping to get some of that in the Sairat scene.

But i do understand that virats fear is that this mistake will cost him Sai's presence in his home, in his room, in his life. So i understand that his priority is to convince her to come back home. So when he senses that they are getting in argument zone, he tries to shut if off saying "lets not talk about it, you just come back home to me, ok" . So that i can kinda understand. I even loved the part where he admits ki gussa haavi hogaya and i got possessive, and i want a regular marriage..but then again as he was leaving i wish he had just quietly gone. That statement to the doctor/nurse was not necessary. I know it came from a place of frustration n sadness at not being able to convince his wife and Sai not melting. But there was no need to have addressed it to the doctor. I wish it had been done differently. Maybe he could have addressed Sai only saying- abhi toh doctor hai toh main jaaraha hoon, but i will come back later/mein bahaar hi hoon/

Because when he walks away telling the doctor- ya anyway my wife does not want me to stay, but you take care of her - it makes her come across as the villain here who is so hearless that she cant see her husband's love. Thats not true though. Sai is 100% justified in being upset. This is not some fizool stubbornness. After what hes done she will need a little space to get over it and understand his pov. And she is physically also drained. Banged up. What did he think would happen...that one apology later everything would be resolved?! Like seriously?!

Infact if virat introspects, he will see that she identified his reaction as jalan, possessiveness, Nazar ka dhoka and instead of faulting that, her issue is with what he did afterwards. Because she knows exactly what its like to feel possessiveness, hurt when you feel like your partner is paying attention to another person or has someone else more important than you in their life . She felt it for the longest time with pp and she has also reacted in anger due to that but never crazy! If Virat had merely been "rude/curt" its understandable but this physical assault , acting like a possessed maniac- too much! I am hoping someday later when Sairat are officially Sairat, Sai will tell him - you reacted like a madman just for ajinkya," imagine how I felt on a daily basis seeing you n pp and knowing you loved her, having pp claiming haq on you, shaming me for being in your life even though I was your legally wedded wife and you didnt stop her for the longest time.....

I think the best part if epi is that Virat is finally seeing that not only is pp not moving on, has unrealistic expectations from him, bitter, but she is out to deliberately harm Sai now. She is out to actually do things to separate him n Sai. I dont think virat understood how far she'd go until birthday track n this incident....

@bold: this about sums up the episode to me 🤣 Both of them are a mess at this point. And, to me, it just all goes back to their lack of direct communication and the circles they keep going in. That is why I have hope moving forward from this track, because it really does seem like it will change things.

I personally thought that Neil's performance was heartbreaking...especially in the little details. Like when he first walks into the room, he completely turns around and starts crying, because he cannot see Sai like that. Or, as he is leaving the room after their conversation, the way he places his hand on his heart 😭 And the way he said that he wants this marriage to be real broke me 😭

But, I've been seeing on Twitter that people have been unhappy with his performances this week, so I don't think that it's just you!

Oh Neil's performance has been outstanding this week ...I liked him even in the 'hulk' mode. Just this episode - a little disappointed with his voice modulation.
