Well here's the thing.I am not a regular viewer of this serial like the others but I have read the updates regarding this serial.

The last I heard that some Keerti was perhaps responsible for Mandar's present condition.Also as per the latest update Mandar's entry is gonna bring havoc in the lives of Raghvi.

While it might be good that both Raghav & Pallavi have confessed their feelings for each other symbolizing an important milestone in their matured relationship more than Pallavi its Raghav who should fight for his love.

Mandaar might be Pallavi's so called ex-husband but at the EOD its Pallavi's choice as an independent woman as to whom she wants/chooses to spend the rest of her life with & its Raghav.

Still even though Pallavi might have made her choice this combo of Keerti & Mandaar might try to separate the couple.Also Pallavi's ex-in laws might want Pallavi to come back in Mandaar's life & this could result in a very tricky situation.Pallavi could also be emotionally manipulated by her ex-in laws to come back for Mandaar.

These are all just theories but anything is inevitable now.Mandaar is gonna use his Parents as the last resort to get Pallavi back into his life.

As far as Raghav is concerned he should not try to become this Mahaan-Aatma by making the Supreme Sacrifice of his love for Mandaar.Its one thing to protect Keerti-his sibling(as per the Wiki) & another thing of making love-sacrifice for this Mandaar who is just a Kabab Mein Haddi between the couple Raghvi now.

Raghav has changed due to Pallavi's love but I won't mind if he goes back to his Don roots to claim Pallavi for himself.Raghav needs to make it amply clear to Mandaar or any other person that Pallavi belongs to him & him only eternally.

Shivaay was also gonna make the same mistake of being this Mahaan Soul surrendering his love for Anika for some Nikhil in the IB redux.

So Raghav has to go back to his earlier avatar if he really wants Pallavi in his life eternally bcoz here is where the real battle is gonna start between him & Mandaar.

I don’t think Raghav will make that sacrifice, that isn’t like his character he will go back to his don avatar if he is needed to do that but he will not give up on Pallu. Shivaay didn’t know if Anika loved him or not and didn’t want her to be in a relationship where she was forced to be with him.

Here the situation is different Raghu know Pallu loves him and wants to be with him, so he will do anything now to keep her with him. If he hadn’t known if Pallu loved him, than I could see him sacrifice for her, that she wants to go back to Mandar and that family. But now he knows that he is the only guy in Pallavi’s life, who she loves so now Raghav will not back down on any cost. Because he knows what Pallavi wants… And that’s him

Y'know, I was just wondering about this earlier- since Pallavi has made it abundantly clearly that there is no conflict in her mind or heart, if I were Raghav or Pallavi, I'd definitely have a lawyer briefed on the situation and prepared for possible eventualities pre-emptively, and take whatever measures need to be taken. For example, keep a divorce case ready to be filed at a moment's notice on behalf of Pallavi in case it is needed. I think Pallavi is going to stand strong, but it never hurts to have a plan B in place.

Yup exactly what I have been thinking.

Also now that pallavi and Raghav have both confessed it would give Raghav the confidence to brief a lawyer on her behalf even if she doesn't think in that direction.

Moreover Raghav doesn't seem to be the type of person who would not have carefully thought out this situation especially since it involves his wife.

Didn't we see how carefully he manipulated and trapped pallavi to avenge his sister and mother so how would a man like him not take every legal measure to make sure no one forces anything on his wife.

What we've encountered till now over Raghav's character in the show. It's clear that he is a smart man and it is a huge possibility that he would arrange everything beforehand by the help of Farhad and a lawyer since he is now even more aware that Pallavi too loves him and wants to be with him.

I really want to see this happen on the show yr.

Pallavi's first marriage does not really need a divorce--it needs annulment as their marriage has not been consummated--as we all know we went out for some emergency that night and poof--disappeared into thin air--and now returns back. so Pallavi and Raghav should definitely file for an annulment.

Raghav surely knows that Mandaar will be coming to stake his claim on Pallavi and seeing the precap--I guess in 3 more days--acc to show's calendar. I really dont want him to be surprised by the situation of Mandaar claiming his legal right on Pallavi. and yes, I want Pallavi to stand up too and declare that Raghav is her husband

I agree strongly with you on the consummation and the annulment but I think maybe marriage already stands dissolved on grounds of death of spouse haan but annulment maybe just a formality now I guess.

I don't want him to be surprised by Mandar trying to stake a claim either because it would be out of character for RR.

Pallavi ko toh definitely lash out karte dikhana hi chahiye.
