I realized these people many times cal each other by characters names even offscreen. In Nawaz vlog, Param was refering Lakhsya as Raj and when they were on boat Shagun and Param were refering to Rajat as Kartik only.

true..even akshita calls him karthik..i notice in that birthday video of hers...but prum calls her akshi and she calls him prum,parmi,param,☺️😆

Even the crew does that too, if you notice the BTS videos where Param is referred to as Ahaan and so on. I've seen this with many other shows. I think it's more convenient and also helps the actors remain in the characters for the scene.

Param often ends up referring to Akshita as Ishqi and Akshita always gives him this look and points it out "Ishqi? Haan? Ishqi??"🤣

When they are in characte ron set, I understand but I was surprised when they were doign it on boat. That was not on the set.
