No Samrat didn't sign any papers. I was just asking because I have seen many shows were people go gayab for two three years and the other one gets married in their absence. So I was wondering if it was logical that after signing the papers the divorce can happen. Don't they need to go to the court ?

I guess going to the court is necessary because there needs to be a legal proceeding.
