Since there arent any darth of posts on the confession scene.....I wont be making another one. It was beautiful, clean , emotional and overwhelming wid love. The hug though.....wid Raghav snuggling his face into her was

Anyways coming to my topic

The scene where Pallavi is leaving the D house wid Raghav was such an important one. Raghav who is tough and mostly rude in his ways .....held Pallavi's hand in his hands while walking away. It was firm yet respectful and showed her consent. This hand holding has come after so long. They have grown together to entrust their hands into each other widout any hesitance .

On the other side you see Mandar holding Pallavi's hand from her wrist .....it was tight , forceful and against her will. It showed how he is. He hadnt even known Pallavi as his wife for 5 mins and he was already showing his authority over her. Even if he was the real Mandar.....Pallavi is grossly mistaken dt he is a good person. You can Sanki getting reflected in him .

These are smallest of things but are so very important in a relationship. This particular scene so nicely depicted the real difference between Raghav and Mandar. Just bcz you came from a decent family wid a honorable background.....doesnt necessarily make you a good human being or a good life partner.

Yes dear well said

The way they held their hands says it all

From my viewpoint

Raghav holds pallu’s hand coz of respect, love and authority as his wife

But mandar holds pallu’shand thinking it is his wife and no one has right to take away from him and been possessive.😡

Raghav holds Pallavi's hands just the way she holds his.....its like symbolises them always walking together

But this person Mandar hasnt even known her for a day and just bcz someone said she was his wife , it automatically doesnt give him the ryts to force her for anything. No request no nothing. He just used force .

If you remember when Raghav had stopped Pallavi from leaving him earlier.....he had requested her to stay. Didnt force her that you are my wife and so you hv to do as I say.

Yah I agree. Made a similar comment in a different thread but it’s really indicative of who Mandar is now. Who gave him the right to grab her like that? Definitely not Pallavi.

Raghav’s hand hold was out of protection too I think. He was trying to get her out of that home and away from Mandar.

I wish Pallavi asked Mandar to let her hand go. She’s definitely a bit too mute about everything for my liking but I also know she’s being ultra sensitive to Mandar mental state. Like when the doctor said to sit next to Mandar ?? She could’ve said no it’s ok, I’ll be in the same car so it will be ok. She could ask to let her hand go & say I’m going home with my husband. Not bashing - I understand her motives behind why she doesn’t want to say any of that - plus it gives us the jealousy/annoyed scenes of Raghav. I hope eventually she does say something though before Raghav totally loses his patience.

I don't know why but Im not liking the way he saying the name "Pallavi" . I don't know if it's the actor's accent or what, I'm just so put off by his tone while saying her name.

And I agree with the hand holding. Have R ever held her hand like that in the first days when they met, I don't think so. He was always so respectful towards her. Always stayed in his limits.

And I absolutely adored the way Pallavi held Raghav's hand while leaving the house. She was so afraid, so afraid of loosing Raghav and it was clear from her face.

You can Sanki getting reflected in him .

Absolutely. They really look like father and son.

very beautifully written Daffodils...what is your name?

The way Pallavi used both her hands to hold onto Raghav showed that Raghav is her safe haven while Raghav held Pallavi's hand becuase he knew the members of D-house will guilt trip her into accepting to stay in D-house

Very well said!

Raghav has always searched for her consent in this marriage and even more after he found her to be not-guilty with respect to Keerti's video footage fiasco. Before that, albeit a forced marriage, he didn't kidnap her and bring her to the altar. He coerced her into consenting. I'm not saying that's suddenly justified, but I am saying that he hasn't made any moves on her or with her without her consent and that speaks volumes about his character.

If we look back to when their hand-holding truly begun, it was initiated by Pallavi when she first showed her faith in her husband in front of Amma and D-fam. Raghav only took the lead with getting her to marry him to please his mother, but beyond that, he let Pallavi have her way with this relationship as she pleases. Again, not justifying his grey behaviour, just saying that his moral compass at its core is far better than it seems to the naked eye.

Yes Raghav was getting impatient bcz his fears of losing her had started to emerge. I liked d fact that he made it clear dt even if the person was Mandar , Pallavi is no more his wife.

Also Pallavi has done this time and again wid Raghav.....it hand holding not forcing or grabbing.

@ bold : Oh I too felt the same. She just stood their like a statue. The other person might take her silence as compliance. But I do get where she is coming from. Its a messy situation for her more than Raghav. She is caught in between storms. Also Pallavi is very kind at heart.....we hv seen dt time and again. So dt wasnt unlike her.

Btw hated the doctor. Something was too fishy abt the way she forced Pallavi to sit wid Mandar. He is not a 5 yr kid for godsake.
