Exactly. If creating p0rn is crime then watching p0rn should he crime too. But here Raj is also involved in luring newcomers in the pretext of webseries.

I am neutral on this matter but on a usual basis, I dislike shilpa

I find her pretentious and cringe

She tries to give out this rich, sophisticated lady vibe but it falls flat

She seems to expect some special treatment from people and is surrounded by yes men who praise her to the skies and put her on a goddess pedestal like she was in the league of Madhuri/ sridevi or even karishma in the 90s (those three ruled the 90s….if anything people remember sonali bendre more fondly for her glamour and beauty)

Whereas she’s just an actress who barely had a big hit and latches on to any semblance of hit from her past (case in point chura ke dil mera…her biggest hit song from the 90s and we still see her performing it, doing remixes, tick tocks and what not)

I do feel sorry for the kids though. What a mess they are exposed to It’s unfortunate.

I know some people really do get blindsided and aren't aware of what their husbands are up to but that is usually for normal people.

Shilpa is a public figure and there have been stories about Raj being shady from even before she married him. If the whole internet already knew what Raj was doing, how could Shilpa not know? It's not possible.

In this p0rn case, Raj's manager was arrested months ago and the investigation has been going on for a long time. Even before this case, he was caught for match fixing and kicked out of the IPL. After that, he has some other issues and the police found out he was connected to gangsters like Iqbal Mirchi and he was called into questioning for that.

While this p0rn case was ongoing, Shilpa was still showing off her marriage and even had another child with him. Now she's pretending like she's a victim. Look at her new instastory.

Shilpa is not so good in business..ie not big FILMS..raj Kundra does small business..she might hv well knew where their wealth was coming from ....

Under many provisions under the Indian Penal Code, the Information Technology Act and the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act, producing purnographic movies in India is an offence.

And on top of that, this is a long investigation going on since February, after a woman filed a case that she was lured for shooting a web series but instead forced to do purn. And as the investigation went on, Raj's name popped up since he is behind the apps which distribute these movies.

She's a grown up woman. I'm sure she very well knew about her husband's activities. Besides, I came across news articles on this thread that she has cut off all financial support from Raj to the daughter from his first marriage. So I don't feel bad in any way for her. It's the kids that are going to face repercussions of this and I feel bad for them.
