Honestly Isra's constant talk about forced love, zabardasti ki mohabbat, and constant zeher ugalna was so annoying in this episode, so much so that it looked forced🤓. If it wasnt for Danish, I dont think I would be watching this show😆 These kind of female leads just annoy the heck out of me🤔

Anyway back to Danish - he is so good, arrey yaar😛, I wanted to hug Shahzeb towards the end of the episode..so helpless and down😒 Minal wasnt convincing in this episode..or maybe its just Isra, IDK..but I genuinely felt like after a point, Isra was just saying the same thing, and paraphrasing it again and again😵..I wish the director had shown Isra going quiet for sometime..where she is unable to react to anything..that would have been more convincing than Isra wanting revenge from Shahzeb?

I think Isra wont sign the divorce papers..because she wants revenge from Shahzeb while she stays with him? Blaaahhhh🤔 IDK whatever is going on here! I am sure her saas is totally faking it so that Shahzeb atleast comes back home or something and she can get Isra out of his life..

and I am seriously uninterested to know what is happening with Raza and Sameera🤪 Thank you..next next😎

screenplay wise the pace is pretty good though..every episode atleast has one major movement in the story.

I think her paraphrasing is a good thing though going quiet initially is more realistic. The reason is that so many serials we have seen where the guy kidnaps the girl, the girl gets quiet for the whole time. Doesn't talk to him, doesnt express much, so I feel as viewers with this subtleness the normal audiences somehow forgets the intensity of what wrong has been done to her. The whole thing gets sidelined and either the guy dies or there is a redemption and forgiveness track. Her paraphrasing again and again is a way to always remind what has he done and to show the audience that this female character for a change isnt just there as a dummy and as a prisoner, she keeps reminding him of his wrong deeds and she is vocal about it.

I felt Shazeb was taunting Isra indirectly when he told about his father. That father shows right path, they doesn't curse you for mistakes which Isra's father did.

Isra is hell annoying. I don't get her anger, is she angry about Shezabs wedding with cousin or jealous? Her words like poison. Shezab didn't tell about his wedding but did she asked him about break up!? If you are in committed relationship then there should be discussion. She can break up without telling him, he has to tell every detail of his unwanted Shaadi. Kichu bhi

This show hurts my brain cells. I don't know why I watch it. I cannot decided who is worse Haris or Nimda, both despo losers after people who don't give a damn about them. When Nimda called shazeb the second time, i was thinking why he doesn't block her number and had a lol moment when he actually did. I also do not get Isra's attitude..her family did not give two shits about her choice or will, still she is mourning them like shazeb himself killed them for her.

@bold: I thought he was sharing but thats an interesting take too. Parents have to teach their children and help them, not disown them because the child did something they don't agree with.

I really want to shake her once honestly. I know what Shahzaib did by kidnapping her was wrong and I don't support that, but how is he a 100% responsible for the entire situation?

First she gets locked in her room after her family finds out about Shahzaib...she cries on call and says I'll die if they get me married to anyone else. Her family has forced her to marry a random weirdo just because he is pehchaan wala. This is the same time Shahzaib has found out his mother has promised his hand to Nimra. How can he tell her whats going on when she's talking about death.

Second, Shahzaib talks to his family and tries to reason with them. His mother flat out refuses, Razaa behaves like an ungrateful brat. Sameera and Nimra's parents also want to do a "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" and Nimra is living in her own bubble.

Third. Isra stops attending Shahzaib's calls on the day of Hammad's Walima. And this is the day Shahzaib is supposed to marry Nimra. If he goes home he will have to get married, if he doesn't then that will mean another level of drama. To counter his mother's stupidity, he gives her a taste of his own medicine. But here, Isra hears a few bad remarks on herself and choses to leave. I was like dude, your boyfriend is literally fighting everyone for you, what you're seeing is a fraction of what happened, how can you just walk away?

Fourth, Isra's family insults Shahzaib and she says yes to marrying Haaris. She talks about her izzat, but fails to see the extent to which Shahzaib has been humiliated by everyone at this point. No proper communication between the two, she choses to break up over a phone call.

Fifth, Shahzaib still tries to convince his family but in vain. Razaa ends up insulting him at their family's business, in front of all the workers where Shahzaib very clearly says that he was never in the picture for a wedding, so why force him to tie the knot? Its about Razaa and Sameera after all.

Sixth: Shahzaib confronts Isra at the shopping mall but she seems to have forgotten everything about how much they loved each other and just wants to do the "right thing". Isra also ends up saying that "teesra aa chuka hai, bahot jaldi tumse mulaaqat hogi usse mere shauhar ke haisiyat se". He also confronts Haaris, who starts to trigger him by this time.

Seventh: Its Isra's (engagement? sangeet? i'm not sure what that ceremony was) ceremony. Haaris taunts Shahzaib further by first sending the wedding card and then their pictures. If that wasn't enough he calls and literally challenges him by saying everything between the nikkah and walima is planned, if you dare come here I'll make sure you don't leave on your feet.

Which leads to the day of the nikkah, when Shahzaib takes matter into his own hands and kidnaps Isra.

Now in this entire timeline, is Shahzaib to be blamed for everyone's stupidity and fake ego nonsense?

Today if Isra's father was alive, would she still be having guilt trips? No, it would last some time but gradually she would try to reconcile with him...and she would still see where her parents went wrong. Her father's actions cannot be justified just because he is no more. If the man literally forgave his daughter only because she said she will forget her ex, is he even a true parent? That too when the boyfriend was cultured, humble, from a well-to-do family and literally checkboxed everything you'd look in a guy.

I personally Isra's love melted away, the minute Shahzaib's mother insulted her. She even told Shahzaib that because she was humiliated by his mother, she chose to say yes to marrying Harris! No matter what Shahzaib said or did after that, basically Isra was just hurt because she was called do take ki ladki phasaoing Shazaib and whatever. She seems to be too blinded by those remarks even now, along with ofcourse her father's demise. I can understand her anger, if someone insulted me (the way Shahzaib's mom did with her and she did not even know about the nikkah underway), I would have probably been extremely disappointed as well, atleast for a while. But that does not mean that I would not oppose a totally ridiculous decision being taken by my family either. Just because Shahzaib's mother insulted me, it does not mean I have to now marry Harris to prove a point? Because it is my whole life at stake. If only she sat down with Shahzaib, instead of cutting down all contacts with him, to figure out how to deal with this in a more mature fashion?

I am new to this show, and it is my first show of danish and minal both,

There is something about them both, the intensity is actually quite amazing to me.

I saw the next promo, i dont think so divorce hogi.

The screenplay is good, but dialogues are repetitive of most of the characters.

Though shazeb is facing isra’s wrath and taunts but he doesnt have anyother option. For that matter infacr isra also doesnt have anyother way to take out her frustration.

She knows ye bande ko main jo bolungi sunlega, vo bechari ban bhi nai rahi hai. She knows isse main kuch bhi bolsakti hun, zidd kar sakti hun ye sab manlega. She is a very pampered child of her family and was a pampered girlfriend of shazeb. Usko bacha hi dikhaya hai, she just wants to put all her guilt on shahzeb and cries for whatever happened.

Initially she was proud to be in love with shazeb , use guroor tha shazeb ka and she still has that guroor that is why she kept on saying absurd and ill things to shazeb.

3-4 episodes abhi aise nikalenge when isra will finally get back in her senses and things will become normal and then the shazeb mother and sameera nimra might play along, and on the pther hand hammad and haris will also play with isra mind.

That's possible too. Although I failed to understand that when her boyfriend fought for her, how could it all go away in a snap. Also, Isra is a person of extremes. First she was completely in love with Shahzaib and because of a 5-minute interaction, she decided to marry a creep, ending her relationship without any remorse.

And one more thing. Hammad and Isra's father too insulted Shahzaib in a similar fashion at Hammad's walima. Didn't Isra realise they were both in the same situation at that point? There should have been some sort of communication between the two. Shahzaib was ready to figure it out, but Isra just gave up. I mean, there are better ways to handle a situation.

Also a certain group of people say that Shahzaib was a toxic bf, I absolutely disagree. I've been in a toxic relationship and that is not what it looks or feels like. In fact, Shahzaib was a great boyfriend to Isra, he genuinely even cared for her wellbeing and health.

I think Shahzaib was going to talk to his mother about it, he just did not expect his mom to drop the marriage bomb on him. He knew Nimra fancied him, but lets be honest he must have thought its a crush. A lot of women might have fancied him, that doesn't mean he would marry them or even care about them. Because he had eyes only for Isra.

I can't believe Isra's parents could not see how weird Haaris was. He gives those creepy vibes to everyone and just coz his mom is Isra's mom's friend, that makes him a good person? He literally is the weirdest and gives psycho vibes.

@bold: Yeah exactly. If Shahzaib's actions were similar to what Sultan did I would understand the revenge part. But she's pinned everything on him. Which makes me wonder, is Isra immature and irrational and maybe was never ready for marriage?

No offense but isra day one se hi immature and child like innocent girl dikhayi hai. Who is pampered so much that his brother is ready to accompany her in shopping on his own D day and father credit card de deta hai, then shahzeb uske liye alag se fries mangata hai.

She complains of sleeping early and not listening to her to shahzeb or not replying to her photos thats all very child like.

She has always got attention ,care and loved by all in her family and her bf shahzeb

The first instance she faced where she is being ill treated is shahzeb mother and tab se usse saha nai gya. Isliye use lagta hai she wont be accepted ever she has never seen some one behaving with her so bad and also she is hurt after knowing shahzeb ki shadi decided thi and she didnt know anything about it. She is scared taht things wont happen like she thought so she gives in much much before than required time.

She is that over protected, overly loved (if thats even a word) sister/daughter/ girlfriend that she couldnt handle anyone saying ill things to her and shahzeb being the culprit behind it was over the top for her.

Then after that koi bhi usse sahi se baat nai karta in her family so to get back on good terms with her loved ones she says yes to harris without even thinking about shahzeb.

So her ill speaking to shahzeb is the only thing she knows she can do right now which the makers will stretch too. I hope she becomes normal after the divorce scene but i dont see her becoming normal so soon.

Vo shahzeb ko isliye sunaye ja rahi hai kyunki vo ab sabki pyari dulari nahin rahi. She is facing hatred of her brother now. Also her father’s death is obviously tolling on her mental stability.

A father who loved her so much is now dead because of her indirectly or directly. She knew aisa kuch ho sakta hai tabhi she was pleading shahzeb to take her back to her father. She said it ki mera bap mar jayega chalo abhi chalo type kuch kaha tha.

Yes contradiction hai, that when she knew that love marriage nai allowed hai to itna forward nai karna chaiye tha shahzeb ke saath, where she knew shahzeb mother doesnt know about it. In short she is an immature living in her own fantasy world. She knows wo ghar ki laadli hai tabhi she takes the risk of doing mohabbat. Uski sab batein maani hai to ye bhi sort out hojayega because she has that blind trust on shahzeb, shahzeb in return had blind trust on himseld and his mother. Something which is unrealistic to me is how come shahzeb never knew that nimra uske naampe baithi hai and stuff. I agree he never gave hopes to her but how come he never paid attention on his mother giving hopes to nimra for his wedding with nimrah.

All i want to say is she is meant to behave like innocent kid girl since day one. Lets see how her character graph changes and behaves maturely in coming episodes
