Virat on a high before the decline

The best part of the last few episodes for me has been the character progression of Virat. I know that the forthcoming track will pull all of that down the drain, yet I cant help notice and enjoy this Virat. Not disregarding the fact that he has come a long way, gradually, but his change in attitude and behaviour towards Pakhi has been drastic lately.

The most awaited Door closing - We have all spoken about this door a zillion times… and now it happened and it was not Sai but Virat who shut the door on Pakhi’s face. This was a turning point, where his words are being complemented with his actions to state their equation and his decision firmly and with finality! Pakhi is dumbhead and will still continue her antics, but Virat is more expressive about his stand now.

His expressions when Pakhi speaks - Oh I’m loving this!! Virat automatically has this irritated look the moment Pakhi opens her mouth. Because now he understands her intentions clearly and is pissed with her actions. Its not hatred..thats a strong word, but somewhere a certain dislike for her behaviour, which makes him irritated or sarcastic in his approach while he reacts or responds to her words. Its like even before she begins to speak he knows that it will be utter crap and nonsense, so goes like not again, can somebody please shut her up! I cant stand the rubbish she is about to vomit!

Let’s enjoy this Virat, before he hits his all time low!

This is a great progress in his character, from love to guilt to irritation. No way Pakhi will be able to manipulate Virat against Sai. His reaction proved, he was done with her. Period.

Yes,exactly. He was fabulous today. He didn't need need communicate. His reactions were enough to convey what he felt. Neil nailed it.

All of us are aware of the upcoming track and we will be pissed off with him. But, at the end he will bounce back and we'll get to see our old Virat once again and this time pakhi will not be able to do anything.

Makers are big time idiots if they take a character to this high and then throw that character off the cliff.

Taking a character graph to a good peak and then making him do a kaand so that the grah dips down and the character becomes unredeemable is nothing but making a mockery of your own show.

Virat has been savage and I’ve really enjoyed his interaction with Pakhi over the last couple if days (apart from the arm holding, but let’s not get into that). This is what we have wanted to see for long, where he realises that Pakhi’s dislike for Sai actually borders on inhuman, and although the situation around him realising that wasn’t all to great and was dragged unnecessarily, I can’t help but be glad about the outcome of it. I like him being snarky to her and having expressions of pure distaste when she talks, the closing of the door on her face was icing on the cake.

However, I don’t think this behaviour is going to last, cause our creatives, use their creativity bit too much and seem to forget any character development in the name of “entertainment”. This has happened before where Pakhi has stepped out of line and Virat has been stern with her but couple episodes later he’s fine with her and is holding her hand, requesting her to be part of a play, giving her mixed signals. So I apologise for being negative but I am waiting for the other shoe to drop.

It would be really better if they make virat silent and instead of him his family would be accusing sai of ema and he would be processing out things. And this resulting into sai getting trauma or an accident or something instead of suicide.

I dont want to ruin my mood by assuming about future episodes. As u said, enjoy till it lasts.

Hate is a strong word and I dont think she deserves his hatred. U hate people who can impact u or ur mood.. she's like non existent for her and when she opens her mouth, he knows its crap and I'm loving his expressions there 😆

There is going to be an explosive fight for sure, but all we can hope for is that Pakhi is kept out of it and that the matter remains in between SaiRat. We can analyze and talk about it when the time comes.
