Okay, so was just thinking, as an ardent follower of ghum and a serious bhakt of Sairat.

What exactly ghum has done to me?

Kya prabhaaav hai iss draamedaar sangharshit dhaaravahik ka hamare zindagi par?

Okay, beginning with me....

I literally use the word beizzati a lot now.

I have actually gotten very sanskaari who gushes over khaana romance.

I check..........Telly chakkar regularly 🤣

And I have found amazing people here❤️

I actually have learnt how to copy link and paste it. (Yeah I never knew this before following ghum and joining forum)🤣

Have learnt that Yoga and yoga camp are more hazardous than being helpful🤣

And what else guys?

I know I have more, but add up yours🤣

Watching ghkpm made me realise what kind of traumatic and torturous experience potatoes have to go through🥺

What this show has given me:

  1. This Forum.
  2. I met many amazing people here and I realised I'm not the only amazing person in the world🤣jk😆
  3. Blessings and good wishes😳When I was found out to be corona positive, this forum's amazing, lovely people checked on me regularly and wished for my speedy recovery❤️
  4. Though I had written a few poems before and one story, I never considered myself a writer. Always thought that it was just by accident that I wrote something😆 Here in this forum, I got readers who loved my stories and my poems. For the first time, I was called a writer😳and gradually I started considering myself a writer as well.
  5. Ghum gave me a couple to ship after a long time😳😆
  6. The show gave me a female lead that was a dream come true.
  7. The show gave me Neil back and as a lead and in a good story. I haven't tolerated bad stories even for him before😆
  8. The Forum gave me people who are extremely fun and wise at the same time. Even if I am not in the mood to write anything, I read those fun posts and feel happy😳
  9. I got trolled for liking Pakhi and Virat's djembe scene🤣
  10. A counter post was made on another post of mine🤣
  11. I was mocked at for my different perspectives😆
  12. I gradually started to learn how to deal with negative feedback. It made me resilient.
  13. I wrote goodbye posts again and again only to come back again and again. Sach Moh❤️ and dheetpana😆
  14. I found many awesome people here- Shristhi, Laksh, Mounika, Devikadish, Nethraa, Ishani, Sukri, Muguet, Deepika, Sera High, 404-not found, Itelidevara, Neerja, Anindita, Aparajita, Kahkashansakina, Kashish, Nora, Anjurish, Pooja, Sairat 07 etc. Here. I don't remember all the names/usernames right now. Kaiyon ke mujhe naam bhi nahi pata. I'm sorry if I forgot anyone here. Just remember if you are awesome, I'm talking about you❤️
  15. This show gave me the courage to finally make an account🤣
  16. I found my Appu here❤️

So basically, this journey has been khatti-meethi🍟🍰 and I'll be grateful forever for this learning experience😳

Thankyou so much Shristhi for making this awesome post❤️❤️❤️

Cheekukabeej is so grateful😳

And a funny and serious post from me🤣

  • Changed my perspective about ITV FLs
  • Started to ship an ITV couple for the first time
  • Made me a fan of a strong FL
  • Taught me to what extent a human being can be delusional
  • Changed my perspective about romance in ITV. I always thought that cliche trip and hold makes the couple fall in love. SaiRat were different
  • Made me a fan of the soundtracks of an ITV show.
  • Made me believe that ITV characters can be human. They are not perfect, they have their flaws and greys.
  • Taught me to never ever take impulsive decisions while I am in an emotional mess
  • GAVE ME THIS AMAZING FORUM AND FORUM MATES. This is the first forum I am part of and it's just soo fun.❤️
  • This reason is very special to me. Ghum changed my perspective about my married bestie at medical college. She was way matured than all of us put together. I always used to wonder why she never stayed in hostel and would run to her husband whenever we friends used to make plans. I was soo immature that I had a huge fight with her regarding that(I WAS SO IMMATURE🤬). Although her husband and inlaws were super chilled out, she still didn't act like our age you know. Always thinking 1000s of times before taking any decision, big or small, whereas we people of same age group like to take impulsive decisions and risks. This show gave me an understanding that relationships come with responsibilities no matter what and with whom your relationship is with. It made me understand my bestie in a better way. My respect her increased 1000 folds after I started looking at things from her perspective. In short, ghum gave me an understanding of complexities of relationships.
  • This show, to be more specific the forum, is like an unwind tool for me between shifts.

Exactly, ITV was one way for me. I was so delusional that for me FL meant an egoistic person brought up in gold and luxury managing some business and FL meant the most intelligent suffered poor little girl standing across the streets who is right even when compared to god.

But, ghum gave me natural emotional connect. It is, like, yes, this is how a person would react, should react. Ghum gave me an opportunity as well as a reason to speak, maybe that is why the forum also attracted me. All are so lovely here, everyone gets an opportunity to speak, to keep their points and united at the end of the day even for beizzati ❤️

Hamesha Dil kyu todti hai Tu?!!!

Awwwieeee 😳❤️ I found my Cheekukabeej here too!!! When I returned to IF after close to a decade!!!

That is the biggest find!

Thanks, Shristhi, for making this post, coz I just realised that while I had gotten back to writing a year ago, it is after coming here that I got back into writing is as important as breathing routine after years...

Met a lot of fun people, who are a decade younger than me, but I am enjoying going gaga over a show all over again.. and reading so many fun posts daily!

Cheeks!!!!🤗☺️
