@bold: You've summed up the exact problem.....I also don't feel his word or resolve regarding Imlie is in doubt.....but the lack of follow up from him after crucial scenes where Imlie is upset.....definitely breaks the flow/momentum of their story.

Tabletod shaadi ke baad atleast Malini ke baare mein toh nahin baat kar raha tha so we still managed to take it in stride even if he didn't go after Imlie to talk to her then.....aaj iske saamne Imlie ko kitna kuch sunaya gaya and he still was shown going after Malini instead to have whatever token convo that was......makers clearly don't care how it comes across as cuz they just want to keep their token vague convos going to check off the box of Didi screen space.....uske liye Adi-Imlie ka relationship thoda bahut beech mein undermine karte rehna is no big deal to them.....lol baad mein Adi-Imlie scene ka bhi koi lollipop daal ke they think make up ho jaata hai😆

@bold: LOL I think part of it is definitely about trying to pacify the crowd who perceives her as a victim by default come what may cuz Adi married her and is now leaving her (that is why society waalon ko bhi wohi dialogues bulvaaye of how Adi ne supposedly Malini ko bhi phasaaya etc.)....context mein kisi ko interest nahin - that factual statement is enough for people to give her a lifetime free pass to do anything - be a victim, lash out and demean anyone, misbehave with people, lie to everyone - she's entitled to it all.......the way the dialogues are written with characters trying to describe her achhaai and hail her so called mahaanta/sacrifice.....those dialogues stink of so much artificiality, you can smell them a mile away.

As for AM ka equation.....see, we viewed the unraveling of AM through their fights, lack of communication and understanding....but for the purpose of the story, that has all been brushed under the carpet of supposedly happening only cuz Adi was hung up on Imlie....Adi ke token lines yaad bhi kisko hain when he said him and Malini would have never worked out long term regardless.....Adi himself has given Malini a total free pass cuz of his guilt, then for her being Imlie's sister, then for her having KC in her life, or just a general overall excuse of Malini supposedly being a saint.....choose whichever excuse you want.....but the free pass from Adi is guaranteed for Malini.

The ONLY times Adi has ever retorted back to Malini is over her talking crap about Imlie......but ab toh woh bhi almost nullify ho gaya hai under the guise of "behen hai, kuch bhi bakwaas bol sakti hai Imlie ko".....

Unless Didi's mask fully falls at some point in the future again vis a vis her targeting Imlie, Adi is not going to say anything to her.....the rate at which she's not even being able to bear Imlie as Adi's wife at this point also, not sure Didi will be able to keep the fake mahaanta act going long term.....karegi lash out at Imlie in jealousy at some point.....tab dekhte hain if Adi wants to take any stand or justify her then also as Malini ki kabhi koi galti ho hi nahin sakti......lol

Baaki I think another reason these scenes are shown like this is to again scapegoat Adi as being Didi ka so called gunehgaar who cannot see her dard and is busy planning his future with Imlie.....lol iske liye eternal paapi rahega Adi in the eyes of a certain section....toh unko daana daalne ke liye aate hain yeh scenes. Depends on how far the writers want to keep this pendulum going.....after a certain point, yeh token daana daalne ke liye bhi it will look like a stretch....

Yes let's see if they show Adi takes a stand against Didi when she lashes out at Imlie. But then the last time too the writers gave her a convenient excuse of being called by his mom & complicating her life due to their continued lie to give her a free pass of lashing out at Imlie. Ab aage bhi aisa karte rahe toh phir kuch nahi expect kar sakte hai regarding this as well.

Maybe if Didi goes too far in her lashing out at Imlie & says something very vile that she cannot backtrack from then maybe we will get Adi going off on Didi.

THIS exactly.....it grates on me so very much too....jo shamelessly khud dhamak padi in a family function to play bahu, SHE is the one getting apologies ki so sorry it's not your fault you have no brains or shame and landed up here to get embarassed while the one who actually was humiliated so brutally - no one thought of her first.....Didi ki EMBARASSMENT is still considered more important than Imlie's HUMILIATION......that is the sad truth that the writers don't seem to realize or care how it looks vis a vis the order of scenes they choose to show *shrugs*

This need to always "equalize" the hurt of the two women, that is when it starts getting contrived......already Didi ke shameless lies and bechaargi nautanki se thak chuke hain hum log....but writers are in their own duniya where they seem to think ki bas bolne se Didi victim maan li jaayegi......as if we can't see all her bakwaas in real time......isliye Adi ko dispatch kiya to prop up her victim status ki haaye bechaari she is "unwittingly getting used" by Adi's mom.....lol haan sure, Didi toh 5 saal ki bacchi hai ki isko lollipop se behla liya.

Since we are getting Imlie dressing up in her wedding saree, I rewatched the Adi-Imlie wedding epis. They were some tough epis to visit again man😒. Poor Imlie & Meethi were so devastated & were literally crying so much 😭. Even Adi was so shook throughout the epis. I hope we get a good poignant Adi-Imlie scene recalling their shared trauma of the wedding now when she wears the saree again.

Leaving this here for weekend musing caz wow ..the girl has such poise even in a 30 secs clip ..can we finally plz get her moment to shine ..plz do not ruin it this time like last time too her wonderful expressions and moves were wasted by the random crap dream . Have seen it multiple times and am just loving how she has this tehraav in her moves .. cannot wait and am esp intrested in seeing the playing 2 roles in the dance part .ST will rock it given they do not mess the edit

This will definitely be Imlie’s moment to shine - looks like a part of the best bahu competition- so she will pull it off with a full performance! So graceful she is - and I just want her solo performance and for her to shine. Do not want Adi like many are hoping 😆

I do not think he has to do anything here ab bahu competition main kyon ghussana bai..bahus will.be parkhooed on different talents..and imlia will pass with flying colors.. can she do.it independently..I want to see ST getting her spotlight unlike that being rendered moot like last time by the lameness
