Then there more of pp drama. Not worth talking about. But virat was savage. He says jo dusro ko kadva bolti hai usko kadva bol diya toh no biggie. And karma comes back! Nice. Now he better remember this and not get swayed by pp the devil. The only thing that was unecessary was showing sai had to be saccharine sweet to get pp to have dinner. I really wish she had not joined the dinner. But looks like Sai is trying her best to avoid drama/tamasha at least on her birthday. Shes really cherishing the day as much as she can. She wants no negativity.

Sai ssying virat is not celebrating the birthday of his wife but a girl who has no family. So basically she doesn't see this as a gesture of husband's love but just as Virats generosity, kind heartedness. But virat didn't seem to register the hidden implication of her sentence. He was just emotional. That ashirwaad part was also nice.

But in all these sairat scenes- car one and ashirwaad- there was a tehraav missing. It seemed rushed in execution.

Virat making modak was also such a good touch. Beautiful scene. Sai's squeal of excitement as she realizes he made modak is so cute. And then her reaction as she says how tasty it is is slso sweet. But modak scene also seems to be with BDs.

Bk volunteered to serve dinner. Omg! 😱 Dunno what she is thinking. She still hates Sai Ashwini then how come so nice...daal mein kuch kaala hai...

Episode ends with Sai's friends gatecrashing. Virat has NOT called them. But Sai assumes that he has invited them but ajinkya said no . And now jealousy track monday ko hoga.

Dreading next week. Bappa please sambhal lo🙏 Makers ke dimaag mein koi haanikarak ideas mat daalo🙏

Only respite will be the harmonium gifting to ninad....

I just watched all the birthday episodes till today on Hotstar. Nowadays that tehrav or depth is not there in any Sairat scenes. I felt all their efforts are on the drama part. I felt they want to get to the drama part as soon as possible. The scene with most depth was Aba Sai scene. But I don't think the makers thought it was important. It seems like an afterthought. So many moments could have been made deeper. When Virat took Sai to the room, that is when they should have had a real deep hug or conversation or even when she got injured. In front of the family there is not much scope for anything . The only good thing this week was the episodes were non toxic.

I guess my expectations are very high bcos they gave us such top notch episodes in the beginning and created a bench mark. Every small moment was created with passion and dedication I felt. They are capable of much more. Now we get such moments once in two or three weeks.

Has the crew behind the scenes completely changed I wonder?

I didn’t find anything wrong in Virat getting uncomfortable with Sai’s friends arrival . Who will come uninvited at night 9 .30? Atleast they should have called up Virat and tell beforehand.

Yes Chavans have double standards . They can send the bhabhi devar to Ladakh but they will act differently in case of Sai having her friends on her birthday. But that won’t give Sai’s friends free pass to enter as and when they think it is convenient for them. They could have waited and celebrated next day in college.

Who invited them or they came on their own? Suspense till Monday.

As of now I didn’t find anything wrong in Virat getting miffed ... poor guy he could not confess and on top of it time is running up,

Aisa Sai kehti hai he said about Ajinkya because he knew Sai is naive iand trusts everyone innocently. He is concerned. That’s all.

Even I have the same questions as you. SaiRat scenes are often very rushed except their bed room nokjhoks.How did they end up sitting in the car within a second just after Virat grabbed her. 🤢

Even today Virat served jellebi. when Sai said Virat is doing everything for this orphan to make her feel loved by all. He could have said I did everything for my wife but instead he looked pleased .Ge made Modak for Sai I so wanted this moment to be private.

Highlight of the episode was Kaku serving food to all.😆That family gathering was beautiful as if they have been missing it all along. As usual Sai was the peacemaker and made Pakhi join with them .She politely asked her to come thinking as she is doing it for her little sister .Virat, Shivani and especially Devi tai were savage 😂.Loved how Devi tai doing that rasberry to Didi lol 😆.

Here comes unwanted Guests. Sais college friends wanted to give her surprise but poor chap was thinking Ajinkya can be Sai's future😆

After watching today's episode I felt why couldn't they stretch SaiRat scene a little longer. Virat was about to confess but Ashwini called at the wrong time. Don't know why they discontinued that scene. It was so disappointing. Each time Virat tries to confess someone spoils it.

The CVs have all the time for a certain someone,but they can't give a long scene between Virat and Sai. Even today Patralekha had been given a nonsensical scene with nonsensical dialogues. But, I loved Virat. He was at his savagery best. He gave it back not once but twice. The first time when he said if someone utters poisonous words and if he gives it in the same manner what's wrong with that and the second time when he said if someone doesn't want to have food on the dining table, then so be it. And, he was ready to have food in the bedroom.

Loved the Modak scene. Once again he went a step ahead for her Aaba. And, the ashirwad scene too was very cute.

I think still both need to work hard in their relationship. Sai still feels whatever Virat has done for her is because of his responsibility and Virat is unable to convey what he feels.

But, I didn't like one thing. And,that is Sai's friends gatecrashing. How can the friends surprise her by going to Chavan Niwas? I mean if it was Ghadchiroli it was a different thing since it was her Maika. But they barely know the Chavans, so how can they barge in at any given time? I can understand Virat's anger. But, the good thing was he knows that Sai didn't invite them.

Coming to the precap I feel there might not be the suicide track since if it was serious we would have got the friends coming in today's episode and Monday would have been the continuation. We would have left with a cliff hangar. But, the friends part is for Monday I think it might not be dragged too far.

Suicide hopefully never happens but this is the setup for virat MU Sai-akinkyas closeness..so they show him come to meet Sai alone or meet her outside/drop her home etc and virat can think its an affair- thats the motive basically.

I don't mind if there's a misunderstanding. All I want is it shouldn't be stretched for too long and specially not to the extent of suicide. I just hope Sarpokhi doesn't have the upper hand.

Enjoyed reading everyone's responses. Unable to respond separately so I'll just say- i liked the car, modak, ashirwaad scenes a lot. They were well conceptualized but the scenes all were good but fell short of being great n amazing like usual Sairat of past. And i attribute that entirely to the crew. I don't understand how they can have a BD that looks like nothing like ML abd how they can plan the birthday track of Sai knowing that virat cant be physically there in many scenes. These scenes are crucial. Either they should have waited till neil was available or atleast been smart about the shooting. They made it obvious that this was done in a rush..poor editing, and you can see the hurry..sairat needs some tehraav. They dont let us savour and process the Sairat scenes. Like in the ashirwaad scene , it may have been nice to see him just caress her hair a few seconds longer, or in the car scene, they should have given Sai's reaction to the ring before cutting to her saying why spend all this money, they could have shown how virat sneaked her out of the CN holding her hand instead of this apparation of sorts that happened..an arm pops out and cut to both in car.

Its not my problem and the audience problem that they had constraints of neil or ayesha being unavailable. Thats all backstage stuff. When we watch as audience we shouldn't be able to make out that they had issues. It should all flow seamlessly. But here we can tell that they are struggling to put together the epi in time and in the process, they are ruining the "flow" of Sairat..neil ayesha are still smazing but their scenes are not unfortunately coming out as awesome. There were scenes last week that made us praise them so i think makers let it get to their head so now in birthday track they have drastically dropped their standard.

He wouldn’t have thought that him staying quiet can be misinterpreted by her. He doesn’t think that far to be honest. He has not understood a few things in the past too. He is a person who didn’t even understand what Sonali spoke at the dining table sarcastically when he and Sai were about to go meet the doctor after his discharge. Sai has also told him in the past that he doesn’t understand what people think of him or talk about him. I think in general, some people can’t connect all dots, they don’t understand the gravity of the situation, don’t understand how their actions or silence can be perceived as. He is one of them. He does a lot of things, speaks or uses strong words to Sai which she fails to catch like how he said rishtha is anmol or when he told her in the hospital that he thought of her when he got shot or he has given her name in the hospital. She also acknowledged that he had called her right before he went on the mission but Sai stilll couldn’t connect those dots. Yes, he has a past and he set a few conditions during their marriage but even then his actions and words are being neglected by Sai. He would only be thinking and expecting that she understands and gives more weightage to those actions, gestures and words. He misses that his silence in such situations could impact her thought process because he does something much more big and meaningful, something that conveys his love or emotions for her. The confidence in his emotions, in himself, his love makes him to neglect a few things, not take a few things seriously. The confidence turns into insecurity when his actions don’t get understood the way it should and when it turns complete opposite to what he had wished or expected.

I don’t know why sai can’t understand still! It is kind of getting annoying now just as annoying as virats delayed confession. It doesn’t make sense that she can’t comprehend when he said anmol. Atleast they should have showed her being flustered. The reactions just don’t make sense to me! But when she came inside the house and just before Harini came to get it appeared that she was flustered. The direction department has to buckle up and show right progression. I don’t want them to confess but understand a bit more!

I had written another post where I had explained Sai’s feelings and her thought process. Not sure if you read it or not, will tag you from that.

Sai can feel something for him, can feel or suspect if Virat is doing special things for her for a reason. She doesn’t or has never liked to assume and that’s why has always asked him to be clear and specific about what he wants. She has asked him if he wants her to be in the room or if he wants her to join the trip. Sai wanted those and so she has always wanted to get an affirmation from him doubting if she feels that he wants those because she wants them or does he also actually want it. She just wanted to be sure that she isn’t assuming because of her own thoughts that she wants him to.

Do you get what I am saying? Many a times when we want something, we can get carried away in our emotions and can end up assuming that the other person also wants the same.

Let’s take Pakhi as an example. Since she wanted to continue to have feelings, since she kept continuing to have feelings for him, she assumed that Virat too would because he had not just confessed his love in the past but also had promised her. She kept assuming Virat had feelings for her, kept assuming he would keep loving her. That is not only because of Virat’s promise, that is also because of her own wish, her own expectations, she would have liked it to be that way,. But in all these, she didn’t actually realise that he doesn’t feel that way, her wanting things to be the way she liked drove her to think he also feels the same way. She kept living in that assumption until he cleared it out to her in clear words. She had made a fool out of herself thinking he has feelings for her. Look at these by keeping aside the fact that she was married and this is all wrong.

It is only to give an example of how human nature sometimes works. Sai has always been very careful, been cautious not to wish or expect anything and get disappointed later. She has tried to act carefully, tread carefully in their relationship that she doesn’t make a fool out of herself by interpreting his care or his gesture as his feelings for her, as his love for her, as a husband’s gesture. Initially, she had unknowingly started to show her displeasure of his and Pakhi’s relationship, she had started to act jealous too but when Virat asked why it should bother her, asked her if she was acting jealous, asked her when their marriage is deal why should she have a problem whether or not he has feelings for Pakhi, accused her that she would be happy that Pakhi had left the house, she started to face the reality of their marriage. She had got carried away when she became a wife but that was all put to a halt and she locked all her emotions or expectations towards him so much that she doesn’t want to be questioned by him like that again. Not just the conditions set during their marriage, but all of these that happened after their marriage had also impacted so much, affected her so much that she locked her heart even more tightly.

What is Sai’s problem? She doesn’t want Virat to come and question her later asking if he ever said he had feelings for her, if he ever said he loves her, if he ever said he stopped having feelings for Pakhi, if he ever said that he has been able to move on from his past. She just doesn’t want herself to assume or get carried away by his words or gestures so much that she herself can get questioned later, where it would look like all that she thought was just her assumptions. She doesn’t want to make a fool of herself by attributing his words, actions or gestures as love only because of her own thinking or wish or assumptions. As I have said above, her own wishes and expectations can make her assume that Virat loves her or is doing it all due to love. She is confused if it is her own wishful thinking which is making her think that he is doing it out of love of if he really can have feelings for her. She doesn’t want to stay in any illusion. That’s why she keeps asking things to assure herself that he also wants certain things, it is him who wants it and he isn’t doing it for any other sake.

One more thing, Sai’s inner feelings came out as her conversation with Aaba but after she met Pakhi, after she saw the anger and hatred in Pakhi for her, after she got to see a hurt lover in Pakhi, she went into a zone where she locked her heart so that she tries to live in the reality that they both shared a past and probably he still has some feelings for Pakhi. That in a way becomes convenient to think so that she can block herself from thinking that Virat probably loves her. She doesn’t even want to fan such thoughts and get disappointed later. She then starts to reason that Virat is doing it because he is a generous person, who has a big heart, who has love for everyone, like he is a compassionate person who can’t see anyone upset or lonely or sad. It is not like she doesn't think these to be true but she doesn't want to assume and attribute his actions as his love for her.
