I dont understand why all the Sairat scenes get rushed with no tehraav..

So everyone gets seated to have dinner and as Sai goes to get water, virat pulls her away to have a private moment. He drags her into the car. Quite romantic start. Then he gives her the ring. Dubba size has reduced. When he was talking to Sumny giftbox size was bigger. Sai is so practical that even in this- her concern is - this is a real diamond?! And you just gavee the ruby pendant, now diamond, dont spend all this money. Such a suljhi hui baiko. Virat tries to work up the nerve to confess but takes too long. His aai interrupts with phone call. Sai runs out to prevent tamasha. N virat is bummed. I really wish that he plans something far away n private where no one can interrupt them.

Then there more of pp drama. Not worth talking about. But virat was savage. He says jo dusro ko kadva bolti hai usko kadva bol diya toh no biggie. And karma comes back! Nice. Now he better remember this and not get swayed by pp the devil. The only thing that was unecessary was showing sai had to be saccharine sweet to get pp to have dinner. I really wish she had not joined the dinner. But looks like Sai is trying her best to avoid drama/tamasha at least on her birthday. Shes really cherishing the day as much as she can. She wants no negativity.

Sai ssying virat is not celebrating the birthday of his wife but a girl who has no family. So basically she doesn't see this as a gesture of husband's love but just as Virats generosity, kind heartedness. But virat didn't seem to register the hidden implication of her sentence. He was just emotional. That ashirwaad part was also nice.

But in all these sairat scenes- car one and ashirwaad- there was a tehraav missing. It seemed rushed in execution.

Virat making modak was also such a good touch. Beautiful scene. Sai's squeal of excitement as she realizes he made modak is so cute. And then her reaction as she says how tasty it is is slso sweet. But modak scene also seems to be with BDs.

Bk volunteered to serve dinner. Omg! 😱 Dunno what she is thinking. She still hates Sai Ashwini then how come so nice...daal mein kuch kaala hai...

Episode ends with Sai's friends gatecrashing. Virat has NOT called them. But Sai assumes that he has invited them but ajinkya said no . And now jealousy track monday ko hoga.

Dreading next week. Bappa please sambhal lo🙏 Makers ke dimaag mein koi haanikarak ideas mat daalo🙏

Only respite will be the harmonium gifting to ninad....

Next few weeks may seem to be painful! but I hope they decide to butcher Ajinkya and not sairat! I'm waiting to watch Sai's realisation of love for virat as well!

Thanks for the update Neerja!

Thanks for the update Neerja ❤️

You have been writing SaiRat scenes being cut short during the college function....I used to think they are just trying to keep the tempo of the episodes high..you know trp and stuff...I haven't watched the episode, but based on what you have observed, it is happening even now - when the birthday track has been anything but fast moving. It is really becoming annoying ...especially in this track where they could have shown a lot of romantic and sweet scenes easily. And Virat's confession was such an important scene too...😡😤. Why are only SaiRat scenes rushed?

Thanks Neerja! Loved reading your post as usual- I always look forward to it.

Here's my take on the episode-

I actually really enjoyed the car scene. Maybe that will turn out to be an unpopular opinion. The way Virat was getting so nervous was really cute. I especially loved the dialogue where Sai told him that she has never seen him this flustered, and he said that he has never said those words before either. This moment really showed yet again that Sai is the first and only person that Virat has ever loved. I'm sad the scene was cut short, but hopefully we will see some sort of continuation of it at night when Virat will personally put the ring on Sai. My truest hope would be that he also ends the zimidari saga, but I know that won't happen. So, instead, I'm hoping for a meaningful conversation that progresses their relationship another step forward.

I was not as annoyed as some other people about Sai leaving the car so quickly for KaKu. This is the first day where the entire family has been there to celebrate her, and the drama from them has been relatively low. She is on cloud 9, and we all know the significance family holds for her.

You are right- there is nothing worth getting so deep into about the Pakhi drama. But, I really loved how Virat told her that her karma is catching up to her and that there is no harm in saying one bitter thing to the person who only says bitter words. His expressions were also those of disgust. At this point, he is truly 100% over her and her antics. Yesterday, he said that he knows better than anyone else in the family how much Pakhi hates Sai. After all of this, it will be a complete butcher of his character for him to be instigated by anything negative she says about Sai. So, with the upcoming kaand, the least the makers must must must do is to prevent him from falling for Pakhi's words. There will be no justifying that. I have written in some other topics about his impulsivity and how he gets caught in his emotions as we all know, so saying things he doesn't mean to Sai out jealously, insecurity, love, fear...that is honestly to be expected (although I am still daily manifesting and praying to god that he does NOT cross the limit...the kind of love he is in now, he should stop short of the character assassination regardless of how emotional he becomes). But, Pakhi should not be a part of that equation.

I loved how Virat stopped arguing with Pakhi the second Sai asked him to. He really does want to make this day as special for her as possible, and there is nothing more important to him than her wishes.

The ashirwaad scene felt kind of odd to me... it was too father-daughter vibes for me, unlike the ashirwaad scene after Sai's admission, which is till this date one of my favorite SaiRat moments.

Then, the highlight of the episode. The modak scene. It was simply beautiful. This birthday track has truly given us some of the best emotional moments of this show until date. Sai's squeal upon realizing Virat made them was priceless. And the way that Virat finished Sai's sentence and already knew that her abba made the modaks on every special occasion. He even told her that he wishes he could have tried her abba's modaks. This scene, to me, is the essence of SaiRat. It is more beautiful to me than any other traditional romantic scene. It just yet again shows the extent of Virat's deep deep deep affection and understanding for Sai. Sai's face when Virat was telling her all of that was that of a girl in complete awe. Sai isn't accepting her feelings, but she is falling so so so hard in love.

Regarding your analysis of Sai's response to Pakhi about how Virat is just making a girl with no family feel special, I actually didn't mind it. Virat's heart is what drew her to him in the first place, and she is just overcome with emotions. She had no one, and now through Virat, she has everyone. Of course she will not acknowledge that it is a husband's love, because she has not accepted it as such yet. Seeing the tears in his eyes in response to her praises of him was also so beautiful.

Now, moving on to the negatives.

Words cannot explain how much I hated Pakhi's dialogue of if Virat had shown himat on the day it mattered, things would be a lot different. Is this girl ever ever going to move on??? It was just too much.

As you mentioned, the body doubles were glaringly obvious again. I noticed it especially during the dining table full shots, where the guy sitting in Neil's place was way shorter than him. Again, how hard is it to invest in a BD who actually looks like the ML? The sloppiness continues. I really hope they are seeing our posts on SM and this forum and that they will take our concerns into consideration.

Finally, I am really holding on to some positive hope that the track next week will not be what we are thinking. Whatever the kaand is, I hope it is modified to account for how deeply in love with Sai Virat is...Rono's love did not even come close.

When sai said virat did everything for orphan girl not for his wife. Why virat was silent. Does he don't mind his wife feeling his gestures as sympathy one. If he had said that he did everything because sai is his wife not orphan infront of everyone at that moment itself & still sai not understand his gestures then she can be blamed for not reading his actions. Why would she believe his gestures as husband one when that man doesn't mind her feeling his gestures as a sympathy for a orphan girl.

Awesome post ❤️. Yet to watch the episode but watched a few clippings.

My views can change after I watch the full episode but let me share my understanding of what Sai spoke to Pakhi.

I could see that Sai was able to see and understand what Pakhi was trying to say. It looked to me like Sai was defending Virat by saying he was doing it for her since he has a very big heart and since he doesn’t want her to feel bad when she has no one in this world. It looked similar to how she had defended Virat and assured Pakhi near the pool saying Virat never breaks his promises. I am still not entirely sure as I need to watch the whole sequence but this is how it looked to me for now.

She just couldn’t stop feeling thankful for what Virat had done for her and she couldn’t see Pakhi blaming him again that he didn’t fight for their love. She could clearly see what Pakhi was trying to say that if he had shown courage, things would have been different. That made her defend him saying that because it was as if Pakhi was accusing Virat and was growing angry on him. What she said was something she felt out of gratitude and who was in awe of the man who had done so much to just make her feel special since she has no one else in the world.

Can’t comment on ashirwad scene now but I didn’t like the pull that they showed. What was that? An arm comes and pulls Sai and they are already in a car? They are irritating audience to the core by such things. How nice would it have been to see Virat pulling Sai and showing us him taking her to the car, opening the door of the car and all that. They can’t just come up with any simple romantic moments too. Ridiculous.

Will come back later if possible once I watch the episode.

I think Virat was happy that she appreciated him and said that he has a big heart who has love for everyone. Virat knows that Sai has feelings for him but has still not realised her feelings for him. He had anyway been giving time to let her realise her feelings for him. He had also asked her to look into his actions and not his words to try to understand him. It looked like an understanding person who could see Sai is able to look at his actions and what kind of a person he was, as if she was able to understand his good nature but has still not realised why he was doing and what she feels for him. It only looked like he could see that she is saying all these only because she hasn’t realised what he feels for her and what she feels for him. He would be thinking that all her misconceptions would end once she comes to know about their feelings for each other.

This again, I watched it in a clipping and this is how it looked fo me.

Any one who sees today episode will die to have a husband like Virat Chavan! The way he made modak! He stole my heart. Cute scene with Ayesha’s amazingly natural expression of joy made it look cuter..

Vankar Sir, please don’t butcher Virat by showing him charecter assassinate his love, his baiko. Show mercy on fandom.

Ashirwad scene is unexpected ,second time Sai took his blessing...ok..

Virat doing beizzati to Pakhi offers a different kind of bliss. Well done Viru..

Car scene was nice...though everyone expected much more including me. I liked it still because it has undercurrent Of romance ..

Sai doll please understand your husband’s heart. He did not do it for an orphan. He did it for you,who is his beloved wife. You have a mental block Reg Pakhi which is justified but see the man who literally did everything that could make the day special for you. I did not see any ITV hero celebrate his wife’s birthday in this way among the shows I watched.

Getting tensed up thinking of next week. What is in store for us?

True that pull was so bad!

I don’t know why sai can’t understand still! It is kind of getting annoying now just as annoying as virats delayed confession. It doesn’t make sense that she can’t comprehend when he said anmol. Atleast they should have showed her being flustered. The reactions just don’t make sense to me! But when she came inside the house and just before Harini came to get it appeared that she was flustered. The direction department has to buckle up and show right progression. I don’t want them to confess but understand a bit more!
